Great 8″ high step platform
This item does what it’s supposed to do. I had a 6″ step platform, but wanted a taller one to simulate stairs, so got this 8″ one. Very sturdy, grippy top, lightweight. Everything that I was looking for.

Sturdy, perfect height
I was about 217ish when I bought this, and I’ve lost 25 pounds. This is very sturdy for general stepping. I wouldn’t jump on it. It makes a cracking noise every once in a while but I can’t find anything. The extensions fall off when you move it, but once in place where you want it it’s very sturdy. I’ve only used it on carpet though. The logo on the top is rubbing off, but I don’t care about that. I have to fight my kids, 1 and 3, for it because they use it for everything! A stool, a chair, jumping off of… my daughter sits on the end while I step. Plenty of room. Excellent for all types of step exercising when both extensions are used. More would be too much. It’s perfect.

For the price seems great. Solid held me at 260lbs as well as 45lbs dumbbells for RDLs just fine.

Just what we needed!
I got this as an adjustable step for my dad so that he can get into and out of bed more easily. I know that the marketed purpose of this product is as an exercise step and not a utility step for the elderly, but the design works for either purpose. In fact, I would suggest to the company to market it for this secondary function because the adjustable height and length is tough to find in the elderly product sphere. I’ve been able to get it to a height that suits my dad, and it’s wide enough that he can find his footing easily without looking when getting out of bed, so he doesn’t slip and fall.

運動はほぼしていませんが、テレビやゲーム、音楽を聴きながら３０分やると汗が出てきます。息も軽く弾み、スマートバンドで心拍数が１３０以上出ます（笑）初心者にはお勧めです！SYぴじきこんなに効果があるとは思いませんでした。
