Great lunchbox to minimize plastic
I am absolutely loving this lunch box! I purchased this for my kids as I’m trying to get away from plastics. I searched all over for a completely stainless lunchbox, but found that the individual compartments leak. So, I settled on a compromise with this box and am very happy. Yes, the cover is still plastic, but each compartment is completely leakproof (the freshly washed grapes don’t get the sandwich wet) and this is extremely important to me. It is a bit heavier than the all plastic lunchboxes but not by much. My 5 year old has no difficulty carrying this. The single latch also makes it very easy to open. There is a ton of space inside each compartment making sure I am able to pack a lot of food. I felt like the price of this lunchbox was great and like this is durable to last a very long time. Overall, great purchase!

Love This – No Plastic Touching Food, and It’s Lightweight!
I really love this lunchbox. All the parts that touch food are either stainless steel or silicone, so I don’t have to worry about plastic leaching into my child’s food—which is a huge priority for me. It feels clean, safe, and well made.One thing I appreciate is that it’s lighter than full stainless steel lunchboxes, which can get really heavy, especially in a kid’s backpack. This strikes the perfect balance between non-toxic and practical.The compartments are a good size for a variety of snacks and meals, and it’s held up well so far. If you’re looking for a safer, well-designed bento box without the bulk, this is a great option. Highly recommend!

Heavy lid, great container
We got this for my 4 year old who eats as much as an adult. It holds plenty of food for her and it does not leak. We often use the center compartment for ranch. She is able to open it by herself. We get lots of compliments on the container. The one downside that I found is that the lid is very heavy (compared to the base of the container), so she can’t just have it open on her lap. We love this container and have found great value in it.

This is our second yumbox. High quality and worth the money over buying cheaper ones that constantly fall apart. We chose for the great kid closure and non-toxic materials!

Great alternative to super pricey lunchboxes
I love this lunchbox! Unlike omie box, there’s only one piece to clean, keeps food cold/warm, and the lid seals any juices or liquids from spilling over the compartments. My only gripe would be that it’s a bit of a tight fit in traditional rectangle lunch bags, so we’re limited to certain types of carrier. Planning to buy another one!

Love it!!!
My kids have been taking lunch in these almost daily for the past 4 months and it’s still great! No rusting. No lid issues nothing. I appreciate that these rubber part on the inside doesn’t come apart and is attached to the lid securely! I do wish there were more variety of glitter colors!

Great for kids
These bento boxes are great. They fit in standard lunch bags for insulation purposes. They do leak a little if you aren’t really careful with how you pack them. They hold plenty of food for elementary aged kids.

Functional but not durable
I really want to love this lunch box. The size is good, we easily fit a kindergartener’s lunch in and the sauce cup is a really nice touch. They are easy to wash and easy for the kids to open and shut. However, pretty quickly after buying, the top bent and now the seal on the lunch box isn’t that tight. It’s fine because it’s going into a lunch bag, but I wish it would have lasted longer than a few weeks. Bonus star because my daughter loves the sparkles and they last against multiple washes.

A bit of an investment however my son uses this 5 days a week at school, the different compartments mean you can be creative and we have used honey/syrup/humous in the dip part everyday and no leaks.

Unbelievably long delivery, around 2-3 weeks.The product itself is good quality. The stainless steel is strong and sturdy. The plastic lid is thick and the clasps appear well made.

This was bought to replace a similar lunchbox from the same company. The standard has declined significantly. The previous lunchbox was genuinely leak proof and I could include dips and sauces without any spillage or without it leaking into the other compartments. The seals in the lid barely touch so this one is not leak proof. It has destroyed my son’s school bag. I do not recommend this, would not buy again and am sad to see the decline of a product I previously trusted.
