It is quite large. It is also very smooth and feels well made. This gua sha tool is quite large but it is easy to use. It offers temporary results so it does need to be used often for best results. I find it relaxing to use, but it can be painful if used incorrectly. Bruising can also occur so I would suggest not being too rough with it. If in doubt, consult a medical professional, though this is seen as “alternative treatment”.

It’s clear that this manufacturer really understands wooden massage tools. The craftsmanship on this roller is essentially faultless… the wood is perfectly smooth, and the rotation is seamless without any catching or squeaking.What I really appreciate is the thoughtful design… the edges of the cubes are rounded, which makes a huge difference in comfort. It allows you to transition from a very gentle surface massage to a deep-tissue level of pressure without it feeling sharp or abrasive. It’s simple to use but incredibly effective at knotting out tension. My only slight niggle is that I wish it came with a small storage pouch to keep it clean, but for the decent price… it’s an absolute bargain for this level of quality. It’s compact enough to tuck away, but substantial enough to really work on my larger muscle groups. Would definitely recommend this.

I really like this wooden massage stick! The item arrived in really nice packaging and a thick box too do you don’t get it damaged or anything. When I opened it up, I saw it is a big piece of equipment but it needed to be if you’re going to use it on various parts of your body.The build quality of the massage stick is amazing. It is top notch and I really didn’t expect that for the price of only £7.10. It’s perfectly designed, no errors, it has been given a nice gloss finish, which makes it aesthetically pleasing and the mechanics of the item work very well.I play a lot of sports and I go to the gym quite a lot so I always have some sort of muscle soreness. Ever since I started using this after each gym session or playing sports, it would reduce the pain dramatically the next day. It gently massages through with the indented round element and start to circulate the blood etc inside your body, which helps healing.To use it, all you need to do it put your hands on the handle on either side and then just roll it. If there are areas you can’t reach on the body, you can easily just use one hand and it still rolls.It’s a top product and I highly recommend this to anyone. Even my girlfriend uses it as it helps with lymphatic drainage.

Roll smoothly. They are incredibly easy to use and can help relieve tight muscles. I am impressed with this massage roller. I would pay even double for the relief I feel from this. I have my partner use it on me for muscle tightness from my abnormal sitting posture. The quality is great! Would definitely repurchase again should this one break. I recommend asking a medical professional before using if you are using for medicine related purposes or on injuries as you can hurt yourself though.
