Great quality collagen – easy to mix and great resultsI’ve been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for a while now and I’m really happy with the results. It dissolves very easily in both hot and cold drinks, especially in my morning coffee or green juice, and it’s truly flavorless.I’ve noticed improvements in my skin, hair, and nails, and it’s also gentle on my stomach. Huge skeptic at first but i was determined to add a couple of healthy habits to my routine. One month now into taking it and will say I can see (as well as others) the difference! My face has definitely gotten brighter, smoother and plumper, constantly getting compliments if i changed my skincare or not. I’ve never had joint issues specifically regarding pain so i don’t see much of a change there… my nails have also gotten way stronger! they use to be so brittle and broke easily when I tried opening a box or just any simple task. My nails would also be so easy to break after a shower since for some reason water made them extremely flexible but the collagen has made them stronger over the course of taking this consistency over a one month period.A couple of things i sorta dislike about this is that it does not dissolve well in cold drinks, actually lumps up and looks strange in my almost as if the milk has curdled in an ice coffee or gone bad. Second, it has no flavoring but it changes your drink… not in a bad way but there’s a flavor change and might even argue that it makes your drinks slightly thick? Then again I add all 4 tablespoons in one drink instead of splitting them up throughout the day. In conclusion, this works!

I am obsessed with this product and extra bonus is the company is sustainable and eco friendly. The unflavored doesn’t taste or smell like anything at all. Its recommended to take 4tbs per day. It’s not a pill.

I do appreciate that this company is trying to move towards more sustainable products with a wax and paper container, but I’m not crazy about it. I kind of wish I hadn’t thrown out my old plastic one because I would put my new batch into it. The paper is just a little on the weak side and I get really concerned if I get it wet and traveling with it is completely out of the question. I would have to pack it into something else. It doesn’t really matter that much to me because the quality of the product is what I buy it for and this remains very very good. The packaging is just an afterthought.
