Definitely Improves Posture and Reduces Back/Shoulder Discomfort
After noticing my rounded shoulders in several photos, I realized that my posture needed some help. Also, I was experiencing discomfort in my shoulders and upper back. I decided to try out the Vicorrect Posture Corrector to see if I could get some relief without having to resort to invasive treatment or medications with potential side effects. After wearing this posture corrector for almost three weeks, as directed (up to two hours each day), I have to say that my posture has definitely improved. After only a few days, I started automatically standing up straighter with my shoulders back even when I wasn’t wearing the posture corrector. This positive effect continues. I am also feeling less discomfort in my upper back and shoulders, and the only change I made was wearing the posture corrector. The product itself is well-made, very easy to adjust, and comfortable to wear. Although it can be worn under clothes, I haven’t needed to do so. I simply wear it over my blouse while I am home. I plan to use this posture corrector indefinitely since it is helping me achieve my goals: improved posture and reduced discomfort in my upper back and shoulders. If you have similar goals to mine, then I highly recommend this product. It can definitely make a positive difference.

Great product for my dislocated lumbar discs! Works better than the two prescribed braces I’ve had!
I’m 45, and I’ve had a issues with my back since I was 19. I slouch often due to the pain in my lumbar spine from dislocated discs and because of the counterweight from my size DD chest. I’m on pain management, so I’ve been prescribed a couple of types of braces. Once, I was prescribed a clavicle brace, which was awkwardly uncomfortable. It was 100% unbeneficial and did not work at all. Not to mention, the design was not very intuitive, and I could not even put it on by myself. A few years later, I was prescribed a $1500 back brace, which also did not work. I could put it on myself and it was more comfortable than the clavicle brace, but no matter where I positioned it or how tight I made it, it provided absolutely no support. The other day, I began reading a lot of Amazon reviews, looking for some sort of back brace to help my posture which would help elevate some of the pain in my back. I’m on enough pain pills and pain patches to kill a horse, yet I still have pain. Instead of increasing my doses, I was hoping there was something else I could try – a last ditch effort before asking my doctor to increase my pain meds. This back brace is great! It is not as constricting or as uncomfortable as the two prescribed braces I’ve owned. It holds my posture upright and is easy to put on and easy to adjust. The material is soft and smooth, which helps tremendously with the comfort. I am so thankful for this back brace! It does hurt a little bit (more like ‘sore’ than ‘hurt’, I suppose) around the front of the underarm area (the area where the brace goes underneath your arm), but it helps if you wear a shirt with sleeves underneath the brace. With any device that is pulling on your body, it is going to ‘dig’ into your skin a little and cause soreness, so I’m not surprised by the ‘digging’ sensation. It’s not enough to bother me or to make me want to return it, especially with a shirt on underneath the brace. A shirt makes the soreness almost nonexistent. In the end, the brace definitely does its job, and it does it well – a lot better than the expensive, prescription braces I’ve owned. Overall, I am very satisfied and very pleased with this brace. If something were to happen to it, like if I left it on vacation or something, I’d buy another one in a heartbeat!

My experience about this
Please note I have had this for only a few days. So far I like it, it fits nicely enough, it’s small and not bulky, and I noticed after wearing it for a few hours then taking it off that it did help a lot. I wore it under my shirt and my friends said I looked taller.The fit is comfortable enough, only thing I recommend is wearing over some type of sleeved shirt. I wore it under my shirt for a bit and it dug I to my arms after a while. I did hope that I could wear it under and go out in public. Unfortunately I don’t have the self confidence to wear it over my clothes in public.I did try wearing an undershirt but no luck still dug into my arms.Over a sleeved shirt worked wonders it’s not heavy or would cause any pain the my arm pit area. I highly recommend getting maybe a black one to wear over your clothes. (I got pink)The Velcro hold is firm I notice it’s best if you undo the arm Velcro, put the waist one on first then redo the arms each time. I have had the straps twist on me a few times but it holds them in place for the most part so your not reaching behind you blind.For what I spent I think this is a really good price

Hurt my shoulder and sit at a desk so wanted to try something to force my posture back. This works just enough without being too restrictive. I could feel it gently pulling my shoulders back. Ordered the large because of the sizing guide for height but found it a little too big for a slimmer torso. I contacted their customer service and was immediately sent a replacement. The small is a nice fit and I look forward to seeing if it reduces my shoulder pain.
