I was suggested to use the weighted blanket for restless legs and ever since I have been using this blanket I fee great. Deep long sleep ensured. I wake up fresh and a lot more energy now. Its a generous sized blanket. Looks solidly made with quality materials. It has just the perfect amount of weight. I could not be happier. Easy to fold n store away. I ordered this for my daughter for Christmas. Well it quit working. I wrote the seller & they wrote me back within mins. They said as soon as I confirm my address they would send me another. Well a couple days later we received another blanket. The blanket is weighted & heated. Very nice & very warm
