Lock Screen
Lock/unlock: long press the center button for 3 seconds. Short press the“Center” button to switch between the sub-modes under 1 main mode.
Intensity Adjustment
The tens massager has a protective function to avoid shock. Only could we adjust the intensity under the following condition:
1. Electric wire connected well.
2. The pair of pads pasted above the massage area well.

Q1. How do I choose a replacement pads?

Q2. Why intensity can’t be adjusted or turn on the device but feel nothing?
A: The TENS work by directing a small current through your tissues with the second pad completing the circuit. Before adjusting the intensity, please make sure the lead wire is connected with the port and the pair of pads are pasted above the massage ares well, or we can’t adjust intensity successfully.
Q3. Why only could use the first 1-4 modes?
A: Press the ‘M’ button to switch between 6 main modes, press the ‘Center button’ to choose within built-in 4 modes of each main mode.
Q4. The tens unit muscle stimulator does not work?
A: Please follow the below steps to test your tens,
Press the ‘M’ to switch between 6 main modes.

If you are looking for a good TENS unit at a very affordable price, I would recommend this. I bought one and I have had it for about 3 weeks now and I love it. Works well, easy to use and really does the job it is supposed to do. I like the fact that you can just plug it in to recharge so no need to fool with batteries. The electrodes are easy to attach, and the settings are easy to navigate and use. Mine was fully charged when I got it, and I have used it quite a bit and still have not had to recharge it yet. I got this one to update the one I have had for like 10 years and I am glad I did. Plus, it uses the same electrode pads I had with my old one, so I didn’t have to by any new ones. Even so, those are not that expensive, and you can use them over and over again. Good product for the money.

Great product at an even greater price!
I really like this tens unit. I must admit I was skeptical at first but pleasantly surprised to find it to be as easy to use and as powerful as it is in such a tiny package. I have had one of these used on me in physical therapy before and this seems no different than the ones that they were using on me at the time, and I’m sure the devices they were using were much more expensive than this was. I haven’t used the second pair simultaneously yet so I’m hoping that you can adjust the two pairs independently of each other. It is very simple to use which is nice. I can’t speak to how the battery will hold up going forward. Only time will tell. I have had several surgeries in my ankle and legs and have suffered a bit from upper back, neck, and some minor shoulder pain. I am very happy to say that so far I have used this on my upper back and shoulder and have found it to give me quite a bit of relief from the pain in those specific areas. It doesn’t last for days but it certainly helps a lot and who knows maybe after long term continuous use that will change. I have already recommended the device to several people that I know who could benefit from using this. I only have a couple of small complaints. First, the instructions could be more clear. In multiple places on the site page and the manual it mentions that the device is great from relieving neck pain, yet at the same time the manual warns the user against using it on the neck. So I’m not sure how I’m supposed to use it to relieve my neck pain. Also I wish the modes were listed as words on the device not the pictures. It would be much easier to use if you could toggle through the modes and just see the name of each one. Thanks. Overall great product with a little room for some improvement.

The Perfect At-Home Unit!
This is the perfect TENS unit to have at home. It works just as well, if not better than some of the higher priced ones that you can find on the internet. Works super well for period cramps and tense muscles in the body. The battery life has been great, too! I can get a couple of days in before it drops one bar. Giving 4 stars only because my only con is that I wish the pads were a bit stickier for a better amount of multi-use before having to be replaced. Other than that, great product!

Works great for “Phantom Pain”
I’m an amputee below the knee. I have what’s called “phantom pain”. I’ve seen others in a group I’m in for amputees use a TENS unit for phantom pain so I decided to give it a try. The TENS unit do work well for the phantom pain. The “shocks” distracts your mind from the phantom pain and it also helps desensitize the limb. Being able to control how strong and how long of a session you need is definitely a plus and being able to do it from the privacy of your home is great. I’m not a doctor, so I do suggest you speak with your doctor before using a TENS unit or any other treatment not prescribed by your physician.

Bought to help manage my joint and muscle pain caused by heds. I use it pretty much every day. It really helps loosen my back. It’s so tiny – about the size of an mp3 player (not trying to date myself lol) but it’s really powerful and comes with a decent amount of pads
