Durable, Pretty, and Insulated
Overall Recommendation: I would suggest this Coffee Tumbler for its durability and ability to retain temperature.I bought the rose gold 20 oz Insulated Coffee Tumbler and it has lived up to my expectations. It keeps my hot drinks hot for about 5 hours; and my cold drinks cold for about 8 hours. The lid stays on very tight which is great for preventing spills, however I have a hard time getting it of at times. Recently, I dropped the mug trying to pry the lid off and to my surprise the mug was not dented. It is very durable as I thought surely it would have some damage from that tumble.I tend to handwash this item, so I cannot say much on dishwasher safety. I feel it could survive a few runs through the washer but I do not want to risk anything with it. The slider of the lid works well, with a tight silicone seal. The lid is definitely dishwasher safe. Sometimes when I drink my coffee, some liquid gets trapped in the slider which is fine, but can be annoying to clean. I recommend leaving it open when you wash it in the dishwasher.Overall this is a great cup and I use it almost every morning for coffee/tea!

The perfect cup of coffee
Great product, great value for the money. I originally purchased this because I am bringing coffee to work every morning. It’s two hours from the time I brew the coffee till the time I get to sit down and enjoy it. As soon as I received this tonight, I tested to see how long the hot water would stay hot. Three hours before I could feel the temperature drop. I was very impressed. This means now my coffee will be enjoyed the way it’s intended to be enjoyed, hot and not luke warm. I also tested the ice water and how lng it stayed icey cold. I would have to say at least three and a half hours without ice! Couldn’t test it longer because I ran out of water! I am defintely coming back for more for the perfect unisex gift!

This cup is amazing. It is well made. Does not leak. Keeps stuff hot for a long time. The color is perfect. Just as described. Shipping was fast too. I am going back to buy more colors. 👍

Great! Lids challenging but I think I’ve figured it out!
I love these overall, my drink stays hot for hours, and I love that the lids slide closed and vacuum seal it shut. As mentioned in other reviews, the lids are a hassle to take apart for cleaning. I had originally tried what one reviewer said and put it into the closed position then used the handle of a spoon (forks are dangerous lol) thru the mouthpiece to pop it off, then back on forcefully- I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS! The grooves on each side of the sliders were getting chipped, and this was only after a few days of use/washing. This in turn caused what another reviewer had mentioned- where my slider was popping up when in the closed position, and the vacuum seal function doesn’t work anymore. I attached pics and video of the broken pieces.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT! I immediately contacted the seller via email as suggested on the packaging insert, and they got back to me within half a day. I explained the situation and sent my pics/videos and I am able to get replacement lids.HOW TO CLEAN LIDS: I suggest just sticking them into the dishwasher, slider in the middle position- neither open nor closed, and set upright on the top rack so the water can thoroughly wash inside and rinse out, and dry out. (make sure to remove the seal ring and wash seperately) I did this today and worked well.-OR-I have also found that because of the grooves, if you actually wedge a spoon handle along one side of the slider (side where the grooves are) and push downward toward the opposite groove, and pull it out from just the one side where your releasing the groove, it’ll keep them better intact. (I hope that makes sense!) And you’ll have to basically do the exact same thing to get it back in without snapping the grooves off- and it was easier to do this technique with slider in the middle of the lid.Sorry for long review! But I really do like these! The colors are beautiful (I got a 2 pack pink and gray) and they’re overall sturdy and dare I say better than my yeti I’ve had for a few years now! The sliding lid with vacuum seal is such a cool feature, as long as you don’t mind a little work to get them clean and keep them in one piece! I RECCOMEND!

Just ok, the lid holds stains
Worked fine, kept my beverages hot enough for the price, but I won’t repurchase because:1. You can’t clean the lid properly.2. It’s too wide of a lid/rim combination to put your mouth around. I got used to drinking out of it like that, but I’ll look elsewhere next time.

I purchased this travel mug because it was inexpensive and would be delivered the next morning. I didn’t expect the quality to be so good. It kept my coffee hot (not warm, but hot) for hours.
