Very Easy To Use and Change
I needed something with a light weight range while getting back into strength training. I didn’t want a rack of weights that I would eventually not use, but felt that I could always use a 5 lb. weight for something.These don’t take up much space and are easy to change. You don’t need a rack to put them in to change the weight. It is easy to just use the clip to put more weight on and take weight off.Even though each weight is 5 lb., if you needed a single weight of more than 5 lb. then you can just use weights from the other dumbbell.I bought another adjustable weight with the rack to pick up from here. But these are very convenient.
