Let me make this simple. If you like it, at all, when someone reaches onto the back of your neck, and the top of your shoulders, and starts to give you a massage…then, with no doubt in my mind, I will tell you that you will like this Snailax Neck/Shoulder Massager! It has adjustable settings, including heat, that allow you to vary the level, and character, of massage you can get. It’s rechargeable via a included USB wire so that you can walk around with this thing massaging you with no worries of having to be stationary near an electrical outlet. You can simply hold it in place, and therefore pull on it to get an even deeper, more intense massage, moving it around to get directly on a “trouble” spot, or just connect the included strap around your back to hold it in place, and let it do it’s magic. It really works the muscles of your neck, and upper shoulders, in such a way that you will know you’ve had a good massage. For the price, especially if on sale, or a coupon is included, it’s a real deal. I’m very pleased with it, and if you decide to give it a try, I bet you will be too!

BEST Neck Massager I’ve Used!!!
This massager is everything I have dreamed of when it comes to a neck/back massager. The design feels like you’re receiving a real massage from someone with thumbs! It actually provides pain/tension relief while being comfortable. To be honest, I couldn’t wait, so I used it right out of the box and multiple times since then (including on my lower back) and the battery life is still going strong. It’s amazing that it is it portable and rechargeable so you can use it wherever you want. The arm straps help it feel even more comfortable while adding pressure to all of the right places!I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for an affordable and easy to use neck massager that actually provides relief! The first time I finished using it, I could feel a wave of tension release from my shoulders and neck. Don’t second guess if you need this because you absolutely do!!!

Love those fingers!
This neck massager with its “fingers” is different from those that just have the mechanism of going round and round. These fingers feel great! It heats up quickly. Determining the green/low and yellow/medium heat settings are a challenge as the medium “yellow” is more green than yellow and pretty much matches the green color of the low setting. The red/high heat setting is very noticeable.While this is portable and rechargeable, it could benefit from an increase in power to achieve a deeper massage especially if you are a more muscular person. Pulling down harder on the hand straps to get a deeper massage puts strain on the motor causing it to move very slow. Otherwise, I’m happy with this purchase and find it relaxing and therapeutic.Quality and comfort are present in the materials.

Gives a great massage.
This has been a game changer with my neck pain and headaches. (25 year old neck injury) It does have some serious pressure so it really works your muscles. I have discovered with daily use the muscles feel better and less tender each session. The heat is soothing and each massage cycle is 10 min. I get seven sessions on one charge when using heat. The pressure really works the vagus nerves in your neck to relieve headache pain and tension.By pulling on the straps you can control the amount pressure you add to the massage. You can also change the speed and movement of the massage as well as no heat.It comes with a charging cord which is a C type cord, but you need to supply the charging portal.

This massager has changed my life!I work at a desk all day in a high-stress job, and I hold a ton of tension in my neck and shoulders. By the afternoon, my upper back is in so much pain and numbness that I have to step away to stretch out and rub my shoulders. Even then, the rest of the day is still usually super uncomfortable.UNTIL NOW!!!It works so well that I can just put it on when things start to cramp up, keep working, and I feel great by the time it’s finished.Things I love:- The hands-free strap truly makes it hands-free. I can put it on whenever I need to and continue to go about my day. I’m planning to bring it on a long road trip for relief while driving.- The heat feature is adjustable and helps so much.- It’s easy to operate. The buttons are easily accessible, and the massage speed and type can be adjusted as needed.- It can be used on the lower back and legs as well—the action and contact points are well-suited for a variety of areas.- The cover is washable and comes off easily with a zipper- It’s cordless- It’s surprisingly compact—folding up into a bundle for easy packing/storageThe battery life doesn’t seem to perform quite as well as stated in the manual, but has been sufficient for several sessions before needing to charge.This is the third item from Snailax that I use and love. They have great customer service and well-designed products that improve my quality of life (and make great gifts!).

Doesn’t massage enough area
It only massages the neck. If it moved along the shoulders a little I would have kept it. It also gives a very deep massage if you like that. It was too rough for me on my neck. Wouldn’t mind deep in areas with more muscle & skin but this massager doesn’t touch those areas. Heat level & noise level were both good.

I have been having headaches from tension in my neck and shoulders, so I bought this massager. I figured it was less expensive than a session at a massage clinic. This massager is great! It’s very easy to use and you can control the depth of the massage on different muscle groups, just by pulling on the slings that your arms rest in. I like the heat feature as well; it feels very comforting and helps relieve tension and pain. It can be used for the legs and back as well. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it!

This is an amazing and well made product which was bought as a gift for my father who was delighted with it as he suffers with neck pain.However I am forced to give only four stars. It wasnt until we received the product and read the accompanying booklet that we realised it may not be suitable for those with a pacemaker fitted and a doctor should be consulted before use. This we did and were told by his doctor not to use it. Such a pity and my father was very disappointed he could not use it. I do feel that this should have been stated in the blurb as I would not have gone to the trouble of buying it knowing Dad has a pacemaker. Check also if you such things as replacement joints as this was also mentioned as needing a doctors referral.

Then I received mine which I will say that I am very satisfied and happy with the comfort to relieve my shoulder and back pain. The kneading balls they use is very unique. I am now using this daily after work for comfort. This product is highly recommended and good investment to relieve your back pain and shoulder.
