Feet Massage or Warmer or Both
The best part of this item for me is the fact that there are no foot dividers, so the massage is not limited to my feet bottoms. I can massage my medial or lateral sides too, and sometimes, those are the places I really want to massage. The massage pressure is just right, too. You can keep the heat on or off while you massage, and you can also turn the heat on without massaging, and just use it as a foot-warmer. It has become a useful part of my office furniture.

Stopped working!
Edit: after 24 hours the massager started working again ! Must have had an overheating safety that needed to cool down.Original: Mine broke today. Bought it months ago but just started using it for about a week, the massaging part stopped working. I should have read the negative reviews before buying, lots of people having the same problem. Just bought another one for a friend now wondering if I should send that one back right away

Easy to use, feel great!
This foot massager was received today and already enjoyed by both myself and my husband. I liked adding the heat, as well. Really relaxed my feet after working in the yard this morning. I do want to point out that the massaging is in one area, not a full-foot type massage. This allows you to move your foot around to get a focused massage for the area you want. As an added bonus, you can zip off the top foot enclosure and use the base as a back massager! Such a great idea! This is not an intense massage for the back, but it sure does feel good and you can move it to whatever area of your back is sore. Most back massagers don’t get up to my shoulders, so this will meet that need quite well. The whole thing was very easy to use, just plug it in, turn it on and relax and enjoy!

Takes ~10 minutes to get warm, doesn’t provide considerable heat either.With no settings of speed or intensity for the foot massage portion, it’s not worth the ~$50 price tag.For something warmer, just get a heated blanket, or an actual foot massager.

Easy to use and soothing massger

While it lacks air compression, the kneading action itself does a great job of improving circulation in my feet. The controls are user-friendly with adjustable intensity levels. This massager comes with a removable cover that encloses feet and keep heat in for colder days. As the instruction manual indicates, it does take 5-10 minutes for the heat to reach a preferable level. Overall, this massager provides a great way to relieve tension and pamper my feet, which should benefit a good night of sleep.

There’s no heat
The main reason I bought this was to warm my feet and there’s no heat coming out of this thing. The massage feature works fine and I like that there’s no divider, it’s just one big sock thing, but it should at LEAST be as warm as a heating pad. Where is the heat!! I’m going to try it a few more times but if it doesn’t work I’m returning it 🙁

I love this thing. I bought it for my husband since he does manual labor and his feet often hurt, but I think I’ll be using it a lot when he isn’t. I think this is great for how much less expensive it is to similar products. It seems sturdy, it warms nice and fairly quickly. The massaging balls in it feel sturdy and can take nice pressure from my feet without feeling like it is stressing the mechanics of it. It also has a 2 year warranty- Yes!! Awesome!I did try unzipping the cover and using it on my back, it felt nice but I think it really mostly excels at the feet. I actually like that the massaging bits don’t cover the whole foot since I can move my feet around and target different areas as needed, and some parts of my feet I don’t like rubbed. What I do not like is the sessions are not long enough, I didn’t time them but they seem maybe 15 minutes like others have said. I have to keep resetting it when it stops. I wish it ran for 30 or 45 minutes, that would be great. Overall though I’m very happy with the purchase, especially with the warranty.

This machine works as promised; it’s great! It item arrived on schedule and was easy to start using. There’s a nice warm heat – not too strong – that soothes feet. The option for different directional massage is nice too. I use this under my home office desk; what a treat to have a cozy foot massage while working! Added bonus that it has a 2-year warranty, so that gives you peace of mind. Customer Service has been great to deal with for registering the warranty. I recommend this product.
