SUPTRUST GEL ICE PACKS CAN BE USED FOR BOTH HOT & COLD THERAPY

Cold/Hot physical therapy

HOT PHYSICAL THERAPY INSTRUCTIONS:

Microwave – Make sure the gel is equally distributed and place it in the microwave for 40

seconds on HIGH. Reheat in 10 seconds increments if needed and test the temperature.

Hot Water – Immerse Suptrust gel back in hot water(not boiling) for 6-10 min.

COLD THERAPY PHYSICAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Store In freezer for a minimum of 2 hours before use.

CAUTIONS:

Do not apply the gel pack directly to skin, use a towel or wrap.

Do not apply the gel pack against open wounds or sensitive skin.

WARNING:

Keep this bag away from babies and children. Do not use in cribs, beds, carriages or playpens.

The thin film may cling to nose and mouth and prevent breathing.
