This neck massager is easy to use and provides strong but comfortable pressure. The heat function is very soothing and really helps relieve neck and shoulder tension. The quality feels solid and it works quietly. Perfect for home use after a long day.

I honestly didn’t expect much, but this neck massager turned out to be a really great purchase. The kneading massage is strong and actually helps relieve tension, and the heat adds a nice soothing feel without being too hot. It’s easy to use, the controls are simple, and the quality feels solid and comfortable. I reach for it whenever my neck or shoulders feel tight and the vibrations level do the job. It’s medium sized so I wouldn’t really pack it to take anywhere. Since it’s wired there’s no battery option and wouldn’t consider it to be portable.

Works well for the price
I’ve been having a lot of back pain and occasional neck/shoulder pain. This helps alleviate my pain and gets some of the knots out for me. It’s nice relaxing at home and getting a massage while I watch my shows. Of course nothing compares to a real massage from a professional, but for the price, this device does work well. Only thing that I dislike about this product is the heat level is very poor as mentioned in other reviews but I wasn’t that worried about that. If it did get a little hotter though it would make this product better.I do find myself using it maybe once or twice every week or so. Some times I forget I have it and then I’m happy that I do when I just need a little extra relief after work. I would probably purchase another one whenever this one bites the dust, however I’d probably invest in the cordless one as the cord can get in the way from time to time. Finding somewhere to keep it is another minor challenge as the product is quite large / bulky.One last thing I’ll say is, you do need to hold it tightly by the straps to get a decent amount of pressure depending on how deep you want the massage. I find that it doesn’t work as well in other areas of the body than it does on the neck/shoulder area, but it still does a decent job on the lower back. Not really a fan of how it feels on the legs/feet. But the thing I enjoy most about this product is the luxury of getting a massage whenever I want, in the comfortability of my home for as long as my heart desires.

Love the neck massager! I brought it to work and everyone enjoyed it cause we all have to sit in a chair and work all day! The heat is nice, the massager is quiet, the balls are effective and you can move it to anywhere you want. It’s a bit bigger than I thought but hey, works great! Good purchase. I recommend it for people who spend too much time on desks

I just used this and am very happy. I carry a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders and I get a lot of headaches so I will be using this a lot. It’s nice to be able to move it around to where you need it and can also control the speed and direction. The heat setting could be better.
