Good lightweight thin brace
The fit is fine and the support is good. Of course the fabric will roll since it’s a thin, lightweight brace and also if you have a little flab, like I do, it will help the fabric to roll. 😉 Good value. The velcro is very strong. I like the adjustability.

Comfortable
This is a very light weight brace. Can be worn under clothing, which I like. It just work, to receive my lower back pain. Must be worn tight to relieve pain. I would recommend. The only problem I have it slightly flips over in front when sitting.

Helps with Sciatic Pain and Swelling- Finally Some Relief!!
I am 5’6″ female, 167lbs, and I have been dealing with sciatic nerve pain, tension, and lower body swelling for months. This brace has honestly been a lifesaver. It gives me the right amount of compression and support to get through the day, especially when the pain flares up during work or when I’ve been on my feet to long.I took everyone’s advice and sized up to a large, and I’m so glad I did- it fits just right without feeling too tight or restrictive. It’s also very adjustable and comfortable to wear, even under clothes. It stays in place and doesn’t dig in, which is a huge plus.When I wear it regularly, I’ve notices less swelling, better posture, and a real decrease in daily discomfort. It’s not a miracle cure, but it definitely helps. I still stretch, rest, and follow PT routine but this brace adds the extra layer of support I really needed.Highly recommend is you’re struggling with sciatica, swelling, or lower back tension.

Be careful of the size you order
What attracted me to this was the nude color. So I ordered one. When I got it I was very pleased with the color. I ordered what I thought to be the right size what I ordinarily order when I’m ordering things. It is way too small so if you order one of these, I recommend you order a size larger.

Je l’aime énormément. Je le mets sous le chandail c’est tres discret et confortable. J’ai mal au bas du dos et cela améliore ma vie. J’ai plusieurs ceinture mais elles sont beaucoup plus grande et je ne peux pas les mettre sans discrétion trop apparente.
