Comfortable and alleviates back pain.
This, as well as the other back alignment brace I have tends to ride up the back even with the waist straps tightened. It takes some adjusting after wearing it, especially if you are moving around; you may have to adjust the straps again and again. I do enjoy the extra padding in the shoulder straps, it’s more comfortable than my other one and supports the spine which helps with my back pain. Overall great quality, but not sure if it will hold up for long. Highly recommend if you are suffering from spine or even rib flare., I think this will certainly help you.

My posture at work was causing me pain from slouching for long periods and since I started using it, I have felt difference and it’s been incredibly helpful. The size is perfect and it has adjustable straps that are comfortable at all. This posture corrector helped me tremendously.It’s made of breathable material so it doesn’t get too hot or sweaty on the back. It’s like my body is learning the right posture. You can feel the support on the back and shoulders. After couple of days I feel posture is improved and my back pain went down a lot. Definitely recommend it!

Noticeable Results in Two Weeks
I’ve had this for a little over two weeks now and have been wearing it for about an hour a day, just as the instructions recommended for the first week. I can already tell a noticeable difference, which honestly surprised me this early on. At first, it felt a bit restrictive, and during those initial days, it wasn’t the most comfortable by the end of the hour. However, I expected that to be normal, as it is actively adjusting your posture, and now that I’m used to it, it feels much more comfortable. At this point, the hour passes smoothly without any discomfort. I’ve even noticed that after taking it off, I’m more aware of my posture throughout the day, which on its own is already making a positive difference.I usually wear this during my morning meetings with a sweater over top, and it’s not noticeable at all. This makes it really easy to wear consistently without any hassle. For reference, I’m 5’7” and weigh between 115 and 120 pounds. I ordered a size small, and it fits perfectly.The vest is simple to use, well made, and has quickly become part of my daily routine. If you’re considering trying it, I would definitely recommend it.
