Moderate Eating
Besides one of the lids not closing, I still rate a “5”. The product is so motivating and encourages moderate eating, only used for three days thus far and feeling healthy results. My boss doesn’t know yet, but I ordered for my boss, because she was so fascinated and wanted to know where I purchased. I love this item! I would order again and so glad I ordered after reading reviews that lids were not secure.

Great for portion control
They are great and meant for bariatric patients. I would like to see some keto ones or fitness once where the protein is much bigger.

Variety of food can be taken without spilling out.
Those lunch boxes are really good. We take them everyday. The best point is that it has 3 portions which we can take variety of food in there.

Had to stop using it for food at work because the latches dont hold very well but for just home use they are fine.

Great containers. They are easy to clean, stack and pack. The outside print is great to keep me on track for what to pack so I can stay eating healthy.

Do Not Buy! Cannot close lid.
I would rate this product less than 1%. Could not lock!!! Looks like groove isn’t large enough to hold rubber gasket. Used only once. Too late to return this product to Amazon. Will put in recycle bin!

Good product, but not beneficial for me
I never used these. You can easily calculate your portion sizes by looking at your plate. Good idea in theory and product was well made, but never used them and they went into my Goodwill box.
