Everything you need is in the box. The manual is clear, and the free eBook has useful routines to get you started. The neck strap makes it easy to carry when you’re on the go. I keep it in the case and throw it in my bag for the gym. For something this compact, it’s surprisingly effective. Great quality and a fair price.

I really liked this breathing trainer. It’s compact and can be taken anywhere. The fact that it has two nozzle sizes is great. I personally used the small nozzle and it worked really well for me while doing the breathing exercises. I like that it comes with an instruction sheet so you know how to use this breathing trainer. I have to highlight the ebook with the breathing exercises that has been a plus for me; I didn’t expect it, and I loved it. Good price and good quality; you can tell it’s well made.

Trim off most of the mouthpiece, for comfort. Also, prepare to drool…
I used scissors to trim off most of the bite wings on the mouthpiece, so it doesn’t extend as far back in my mouth – much more comfortable.There is a major flaw – saliva runs out of the valve like a faucet, after 5 minutes of use. I don’t know how the designers could have tested their product and not noticed this, unless they were all high, and had cottonmouth. :-)The device basically functions, but its usability is very limited – I have to stop every 5 minutes or less to wash it out.

Smart little tool with all the right accessories – and it works!
This little tool became part of my daily routine. I use it before workouts and also when I feel anxious. The resistance control helps me slow down and feel more grounded. The ebook that comes with it is a great guide to stay consistent. Plus, the quality is top – soft silicone, easy to clean, and so easy to take with me. It’s honestly helped me feel more in control of my breathing

Too many times, I felt myself breathing heavily or short of breath just by carrying groceries in the house or walking up a flight of stairs. It’s actually quite embarrassing. When I came across this little “gadget,” I felt like I had nothing to lose. It couldn’t make my health any worse.So why did I order it? I wanted to improve my respiratory health, the adjustment dial/knob to help increase you lung strength and capacity, and it has helped me to control my breathing in times of stress.It’s fairly priced, and it’s easy to take anywhere you go. It’s small enough to toss in your bag or stick it right in your pocket.

I can play with the resistance if I want more or less air to enter. It comes with a free ebook with breathing exercises that have worked wonders for me.
