These shorts are very good quality and consistent with Nike’s standard. The material is lightweight, breathable, and comfortable, making them suitable for both workouts and everyday wear. The fit is true to size and stays in place without riding up. For reference, I am a 5’8” woman and I ordered a size Small, and the fit was good. You can use them for everyday wear and for workouts (running, gym, etc.). The product is legitimate and arrived exactly as described. Highly recommended.
