Love the hot/cold versatility
The versatility of this is a game changer! Whether using it for a heat pack or an ice pack, its large size and coverage area works for any part of the body. Super durable and good quality. Well worth the money spent!

Enormous help after major surgery
I have nothing but good things to say about this product. I had a total hysterectomy a few weeks ago and the pain was pretty serious the first few days. I needed both heat and cold in order to help manage my pain. This really did the trick. The first day we heated it in the microwave per the printed instructions right on the pack itself, and it worked marvelously. Stayed warm for a long time and was large enough to cover the area needed. The cover is very soft and the gel inside is thick and swishy. It was comfortable against my body. The next few days I needed it cold to reduce swelling. It froze very quickly, stayed cold for awhile. It never once tore, burst, or leaked. My only regret is not getting two to alternate during times of need. I would suggest to anyone who is having major swelling or a bad injury to do this to lessen times between re-freezing or hot/cold alternating. Otherwise now that I don’t need it all the time, I keep it in the freezer and use it as needed. It’s held up great.

Great, but already leaking
I love that you can manipulate this one and it’s not laying stiff. It’s also not too cold so you don’t need a towel or anything. However, I’ve used it maybe a dozen times and a corner is already leaking a little bit

Works great hot or cold.
Good sized ice pack. Nice soft cover. When frozen it’s still malleable (bendable?) Takes a while to heat up but holds the heat nicely for quite a long period of time.

My old ones have been in my freezer for over 10 years! Went through many knee surgery’s and ready for another! I love the fabric and quality! It’s large enough to use across back or knee. I always wrap it in hand towel. I advise to get two so one is always ready. My old one does not go in microwave but this one says it does. Can’t go wrong. Cheaper on Amazon than in drug stores

They Leak
I use these for my back. I have several Equate brands that I have had for over a year. This brand sprung a leak within a few months. I would not recommend buying them
