A2: NO. The should brace has a heating function, it may burned if used directly on naked skin.
Q3: How to judge if the battery is fully charged?
A3: The controller screen will display the charging progress while charging, and the screen will display “FU” when the battery capacity reaches 100%.
Q4: Can I use it while charging?
A4: NO. It’s dangerous and the heated massager does not support use while charging.
Q5: Can I wash it in washing machine or by hand with water?
A5: NO. For cleaning, please wipe it with a damp cloth.
Q6: Why I can’t manipulate the key on the screen?
A6: It may because you have turned on the anti-mistouch mode. You will not able to operate the controller when anti-mistouch mode turns on. Please check to see if the light on the controller is flashing red, which means the on-screen keys are locked. Short press the switch, the indicator will show green light, which indicating the anti-mistouch mode has been turned off.

Good Product, Fair Price
My wife had knee surgery and the three months since have been hell. I have an arthretic knee and have sworn I’ll never have the surgery so have been searcing for some other way to get through the pain. The shots worked for about three years but the doc always tells me they will wear off faster and last less and less time. So I tried this cordless knee massager and am noticing great results. It’s easy to use. I run it about 15 minutes while watching TV. Feels so good when I’m done I started using it on both knees even though there is nothing wrong with the second knee. It sort of makes sense. The heat, massage and compression are getting more circulation in the area and the relaxed muscles and tendents are stronger. I would reccomend trying it.

On-sale OK but if not..nor…
If you pay $20 for it then it’s worth it but at $40 no way.It works better than the another that looks nearly the same but cost $40. This one does heat and it vibrates but wouldn’t call it a massage.Seems well built and heats up which the more expensive brand didn’t do.Wait til it’s on-sale otherwise you’re paying too much. Don’t waste the battery power on the vibrating massage. Save it for a longer heating time.

WoW this device has been worth every penny I’m suffering with IT Band Knee & I can’t describe the pain in short it’s insufferable & the pain feels like a bad fracture it does give pain relief the fit is good this is a quality item a luxury easy to use durability & design brilliant it really gets warm & the vibration is jus enough some advice do check with your Dr as this may not some be best for surgery/knee conditions as it may be aggravated it gets so warm I can only stand it on medium it takes a hot minute to charge tho & I can usually use it for over an hour and a half as my knee takes it well it’s a good investment…

Effective, handy, easy to use and reasonable price
I had knee pain off and on and was getting worse. I looked at different heat/ massage knee pads. Most are expensive with lots of features that I don’t need. I used this a few times and it gave me some relief. I didn’t use the massage feature because I didn’t want to make my knee worse. After arthroscopy, I found it to be a lifesaver. I wake up with very stiff and painful knee that I can’t walk. I put this on for a minute or two and it gives relief so fast that I can walk with my cane, still a bit painful but I can walk, especially to the bathroom at night! It is very easy to use. I take it with me when going on car drives longer than 20 minutes and use it while sitting in the car when my knee feels stiff. I could drive myself this long and use it at the same time since it’s my left knee that’s affected. So far, my husband has been doing long drives at the moment. For the price and efficiency, I highly recommend it.

Price isnt bad for what it all comes with, massage is ok with 3 diff settings, be nice if it had 2 setting, consistent or pulsing, and if you could adjust it, 3 heat setting adjustable. For the price its pretty solid. I have a baker cyst on the back of my knee from a slight injury with scaring, no tears, but it helps it relax, I put it on both normal and backwards. For the price, 0 complaints

Really helpful in relieving knee and other limb pains, such as arm, shin, back of thigh etc. The heat plus vibration massage work very well in combination. Having 2 units means one can be used while the other charges.
