Excellent product!
I was recently diagnosed with vaginal atrophy. I was not able to use ANY soap or cleanser due to the stinging and irritation they caused. This product is amazing! It is soft, no fragrance and does not cause any irritation. The product itself is very thick, so every fre days I have to run hot water over it (or drop it in the tub bath) to warm it up and make it more fluid. The pump is fine, it’s the gel itself that is thick. There is no scent, and a couple of pumps of the bottle is more than enough product to bathe those tender parts with. I highly recommend this product. I will be doing a subscription on this one.

Love this wash! This is the only wash I can use that doesn’t cause cystitis. It’s gentle and soothing. I will buy more!

Best product. Pump is a little problematic but just soak it in hot water and it is good to go.

Love it!!! But Terrible pump
Great product! I purchase it regularly however the pump is terrible, it has never worked on any of the bottles i have purchased so i have to open it and pour it on the washcloth therefore there is no foaminess. Love the product though

Gentle & effective
I really enjoy using this wash. It does not dry out or irritate my skin like soap or harsher cleansers. The pump could be a little improved; there’s a point where it gets very hard to push down even when there’s a lot of product left, like it gets airlocked. Other than that, the product is great.

Very frustrating
This stuff seems fine and has no scent. The problem is with the pump on the bottle. It simply will not pump. Once in a while it pumps down a few times and I get excited that maybe it will finally work, but no, it then stops pumping and nothing comes out. Occasionally a half a drop will come out, but that’s it. I spend five minutes in the shower every day trying to get it to work, then unscrew the top and try not to spill the very thin, runny liquid out because it will go right through my fingers. At this point I would never recommend it even if it made my gigi glow like the aurora borealis! it’s too damn frustrating.

Just what I was looking for
I have been buying and using intimate wash products for about ten years. When I started, I was fortunate to find a cleanser that was created by an OB/GYN – it had no scent, it never irritated my skin, it was PH-balanced, and it was created with mild antiseptic and antifungal properties. That product was sold to a larger company at some point, I believe the formula was changed, and then it ceased to exist. Since then I have tried 4 or 5 different brands – only those that are Ph-balanced, careful to limit harmful ingredients and only those that are fragrance-free. A couple of those actually irritated my skin, and several of them had a scent. I had settled on a brand I really liked, then encountered a problem ordering it – so back to the drawing board and more searching. When I found Kushae brand, I was very hopeful. Here was a brand that was developed by an OB/GYN, contained none of the usual harmful ingredients (sulfates, parabens, DEA, alcohol, fragrances or dyes), and went even further by not including glycerine (I checked out the claim that glycerine can feed yeast and found an article on PubMed that confirmed this). I ordered and tried it, and am very pleased. This is the gentlest feeling intimate wash I have found since my favorite long ago. It has absolutely no scent. I actually like it better than my old favorite because it is produced as a foam, and I am guessing that means less need for it to lather (thereby not relying on detergent agents). Thank you for making this!

This most recent purchase seems like its spoiled/gone bad.
I do not know what happened to this product. I have been using it for years but the last bottle I got seems off. Its slimy and will not foam like usual even after switching to my old pump that worked. I believe it may have spoiled on the shelf. Sad because I’m scared to repurchase after this because it isnt exactly cheap. 😔 Before this it was nice, gentile and a decent product.
