Penny taste is faint but good overall
Good! It taste good… But you’ve got to take it like a shot because after time it’ll taste like iron and that’s what I hate about taking iron… The penny taste but this is the furthest I’ve been able to escape the taste.I’d choose this over gummies any day

Defective cap
Tastes really good! I’d be worried if I had small children–you would have to be sure they couldn’t access it! Seems to be helping me. My only issue is that the cap was really hard to get off and finally just broke into two pieces so now I have a piece of foil and a rubber band to close it. So the cap was not just child-proof, it was anyone-proof! I guess I just got a defective cap but it’s very inconvenient and I’ll probably not buy it again because of the struggles with the bottle.

Big improvement on my health
I’m so happy with this iron supplement! It makes a huge improvement on my iron reserves in a very short period of time! Just in 3 weeks of taking it 1 hour before bed with some oranges my ferritin level doubled from 17 to 38!!! And it’s after a year of trying different supplements! The only iron I have been able to take consistently! If you’re a sensitive soul like me, this does not cause stomach pain or nausea on an empty stomach. Take with vitamin c to help it absorb. I’m finally raising my iron and Hb levels after 10 years of being stuck due to side effects.
