his little device is a game changer! It gently vibrates when I start slouching and reminds me to sit up straight. Super easy to use, lightweight, and discreet enough to wear under clothing. I’ve noticed less back and neck strain after just a couple weeks.

It works! It can be annoying, but that’s the point. I won’t wear it while doing chores because bending down all the time makes it buzz constantly. Best for use while walking or standing.

Dont expect a physical therapist – be realistic
I call it the accountability collar (lol).Perfect for someone who already knows the physical therapy for forward head slumped shoulder but has trouble sticking to the correct posture. You can do exercises all day but if you slump during the day, the exercises dont do jack. Every physical therapist knows that maintaining good posture all the time will fix it hard and fast. Just make sure to do the exercises, mobility and stretching too because no device will accomplish that. Its a necessity in addition to this device in my experience.This device cannot fine tune your neck and shoulders, it is there to deter you from slumping forward at the computer. You cannot pay 25 bucks expecting a physical therapist. But you can pay 25 bucks to be annoyed by your own slumping which works wonders!! Haha

Didn’t work for me, never stopped buzzing
Guess maybe my posture is too far gone. I’m 6’3″ 195 and could never stand straight enough to get it to stop buzzing. Had to lean backwards to get it to stop. Concept is good, wish it would have worked for me.

Does it work as advertised
While this device worked as advertised there are a few drawbacks. Just the smallest movement with your head down makes it buzz. A good move but if you lean over to pick an item up it goes off until you stand up straight. If you are at Walmart it will go off several times. A bit too loud. I stopped wearing it.
