Surprisingly, I am thoroughly enjoying the experience of wearing this heating pad while watching television. The material is soft. The heating pad has slight weight to it, but not too much weight. I did not want anything too heavy on my shoulders. I love how it drapes perfectly around my neck. Sometimes I have nerve tension in my neck after working on a computer all day. I felt cozy and pampered wearing this heating pad last night. I was able to plug in the cord to my left. The pad heated up immediately. The heat was steady and evenly distributed. The heat was strong, but not too strong. I do think this would make a great gift for a friend or loved one. I thought it would be bulky or awkward to wear. Not at all. I wasn’t even a heating pad type person. Someone had given me one of those traditional square heating pads years you own it just sat unused in my drawer. I love the blue color of this heating pad. Wearing a heating pad is not exactly a sexy look, but this one is stylish. Not that I’m going to wear it out on the town…I’m hoping this heating pad lasts for several few years. That’s the only question I have that remains to be answered. Will this product continue to be effective in the foreseeable future? The quality seems sufficient. In the meantime, I’m more than willing to continue giving it a try.

Heating is OK, but as the size says it is XL. I needed something snug around my neck and sholders. I am size M, It sits well on the sholders but not on the neck which is what I wanted. It is heavy and comfortable.

Takes a while to heat up, but relaxing once it does
I’ve been using this heating pad for a little while now, and honestly, it takes forever to heat up. You have to plug it in and wait quite a bit before it actually reaches a comfortable temperature. That part can be a little annoying, especially when you’re sore and just want quick relief.That said, once it finally gets warm, it feels really good, the heat is even and soothing, and the weighted design helps it stay in place nicely. It fits well around my shoulders and also works great for my lower back. The warmth feels calming and relaxing once it’s fully heated.Overall, it’s a decent product. If you’re patient and don’t mind waiting for it to warm up, it does the job well in the end.

This is an excellent heating wrap for the neck and shoulders. It gets hot (at the hottest setting), stays hot for an extended time (I haven’t tried longer than 30 minutes), and the weighted part keeps it set nicely on the shoulders and neck. Most importantly, the neck portion has full coverage of heat and feels great. I tried three different neck and shoulder heat wraps and the others either didn’t get hot enough or didn’t retain heat. This one, on the other hand, is a winner! Highly recommended. I just gave 4 stars because I feel there should be at least 1 additional higher heat setting so I’m not maxing out the heat and have the option to go higher if needed. Otherwise, it’s perfect.
