Gloves are flexible, not hard and stiff. Some say heat doesn’t last but a few minutes. The heat lasted a good 10-15 mins. which is all you need. Takes about 30-45 seconds to heat depending how hot you want it. Wouldn’t recommend heating it longer. It is wise to wear the white glove that comes with it as initial heat can be intensive, Feels good & am very happy with glove, Have not had a need to try it iced. Hope this helps.

I am thrilled with this single glove. I can allow finger tips for phone, however with cold hsnds phones may not sense your touch. I can hold a touch pen to use. I aldo believe i can hold hands yo use 1 glove to chill both. Since i do 10 to 15 minute cycles, i can easily switch the one in the glove. I also have the popular ice gloves w boots. But those mittens are like over sized pillow cases for hands, boots ok. I wish this vendor had more products like booties. I an delighted. Its all packed now for chemoIll post video later.

If you want them cold,just put in the refrigerator. If you try to wear them from the freezer, you will last 3minutes wearing them..TOO cold

Very Satisfied
The glove is very soft and comfortable. I use it both hot and cold to ease arthritic pain and swelling. The heat lasts about 12-15 minutes after heating 30 seconds in the microwave; longer heating time (35 sec) made it too hot for comfort. Cold lasts about 15 minutes after a couple of hours in the freezer. This is my second purchase-a gift for someone else.
