The first 2 minutes are extremely painful. If you can pass that than it’s amazing! I also took an edible and basically fall asleep on it with bare skin.

Good functions
I have mix feelings afwtr several uses.It gives me a great relief, specially in specific areas of my body and with specific poses.The heating leves are perfect for my needs and levels of resistant.Good functions and easy to use during my relaxation time.The only point that I did not like was the sharpeners of the spikes, some of my exercises , specially the ones that needs more pressure, causes me some pain, so I have to use some kind of cloth to avoid it.The rest is fantastic.

Marketing gimmick
I was very disappointed in the quality of this acupuncture pad. The best way to describe it would be; think about what one of those outdoor rugs, meant to remove dirt and debris from shoes, the ones that almost look like faux grass. Well that’s what this pad feels like. Now imagine what it feels like to lay down on that spiked rug. I don’t know how they came up with marketing this as an “acupuncture” mat. I don’t recommend this product.

This item is really prickly. But when you lay down on it, it feels really good. Eating pad works great. Just don’t plan to lay on it on your bare skin.
