Comfortable and Helpful to Have
We used this for a teenager who had wisdom teeth removed. It was easy to use and has an adjustable fit to provide some pain relief and reduce swelling. I wish the ice packs stayed cold longer, but as we were meant to do 20 minutes of icing, it worked well for our purposes.

Awesome price . Provides cold and warm heat
I used this product post dental extractions of 14 teeth . The head band fits well but pls know it is small in size . It does have stretchy material but may not be comfortable if too tight . I’ve seen Velcro options that might work better for larger heads . As for my head size it was perfect . Definitely use the plastic bag provided, my freezer is new , yet the food odor will permeate your ice pack . Not a great smell. Initially packs did not feel cold enough but after first use , I wet them a bit before refreezing which helped . On a positive note they also can be used as warm moist pack . Which was recommended 3days following extraction . Cold to hot within first week . There were times I just held in place where I wanted it when I didn’t want to wear the head band . All in all ? Great product . Great price . Worth it 100% .

It’s okay..
Well. I used it for my wisdom tooth removal. It was okay. I like that it was easy to slap the ice pack on there. But man the straps weren’t adjustable and they were too tight of a fit. So it hurt my face even more having it on there, plus there wasn’t anything to cover the ice pack, and my face would hurt from having it directly on my face the whole time. The ice pack did last a decent while though. I couldn’t complain there. So it worked okay overall.

Not practical for dental surgery
Bought 2 to have one freezing while using one. They take 2 hours to re freezing. With 20 min on and 20 off instructions. This did not meet my needs

Just what I was looking for.
This one’s the best.Works great for after teeth extractions. The large cool packs with Velcro backs allow you to put the cold were you need it. (Other items I tried, had pockets that held small cold packs. These did not work for my husband.) The wrap is soft, light, comfortable and easy to use.I keep the cold/freeze pack in the freezer for other users like a sore knee or arm and using the wrap.
