Worked for about a week. Lost Bluetooth connection. Now; cannot get it to pair.

Nice Upgrade from the Pro
This cup was a nice upgrade from my previous pro tumbler and pro bottle. I think the best feature about this is the ability to make the cup “sing” to you versus blinking or both because sometimes when my previous ones were in my purse/backpack, or cute cup crossbody I couldn’t see the glows. Now, I can’t miss the sound.I have gotten more water in with this bottle than my previous pro’s so that’s a good thing. I love the size and weight and haven’t had any leak issues or anything like that so I would say this was a good value for the money. I was worried about upgrading based on some reviews but I’m happy so far. Absolutely love the apple find my integration.Now, what I don’t like is that I had issues with pairing and my sound I chose randomly changes to the previous one that was the default. My puck has randomly fallen out once already but since it was the only time, I’m gonna blame that one on me in hopes it was my fault. I think it’s a very durable cup as it feels very premium in your hands and makes me confident that if it were to ever fall that it wouldn’t break. I kicked it over by accident when it was by my foot and nothing spilled so the “leak proof” claim I’m in agreement with so far.

Bottle would never sync with the app
Purchased four bottles. Two worked out of the box perfectly. Two did not. It was a syncing issue with the phone for the two that didn’t. One of the two eventually worked. The last one never did. I have about five or six emails with customer support for the last bottle with tips, ideas and data requests about the bottle. Nothing worked. The bottle never seems to calibrate properly and never recognizes a sip being taken from the bottle. The bottle is recognized by the app and on Bluetooth. After multiple resets, firmware updates, and doing all of the steps that customer support offers, I sent the last one back. The other three bottles work. Customer support never offered a new bottle but that’s likely because it was purchased thru Amazon and not the firms website.

De fles zelf voldoet aan de verwachting. Echter is deze niet helemaal dicht te krijgen. De deksel biedt twee standen, namelijk rietje stand waar het rietje doorheen kan of drink stand waardoor je vanaf de deksel rechtstreeks kan drinken. Dus er is geen stand waardoor deze tumbler helemaal dicht is dus hij moet ten alle tijden rechtop zijn.Maar mijn grootste probleem met deze fles is de accu. Deze heeft continu verbinding problemen en registreren van hoeveelheid gedronken water. Vooral wanneer hij deze moet doen achteraf. Hij doet het gewoon niet. Zelfs de software updaten gaat heel moeizaam. Je blijft proberen en pas na de zesde poging 15 minuten verder is het eindelijk gelukt.En hoe ben ik achtergekomen dat de verbinding slecht is? Ik heb een paar dagen geleden het broertje/zusje (621 ml) van deze fles bestel via Bol. En deze doet het PERFECT. Deze maakt gelijk verbinding registreert alles, ook met terugwerkende kracht. Software updates gaan als een speer.Tot kort geleden dacht ik dat de tumbler nog wat updates moet krijgen om zich te verbeteren maar het licht aan het product zelf en waar ik dit had besteld.Ik heb de tumbler gekocht via Amazon omdat het duurde te lang voordat je hem kon krijgen in Europa. Achteraf, had ik beter kunnen wachten omdat nu heb ik een defect product die ik niet meer kan retourneren omdat de retour periode is gisteren verlopen.Mijn advies:Koop deze fles maar via Bol. Dan weet je zeker dat hij het doet zoals het hoort.Overigens een hele fijne product. Ik ben al 3+ jaar gebruiker van deze lijn flessen, en heb sinds dag één geen spijt gehad.
