Great Product
These are great! My daughter is a tippy-toe walker and this product was suggested by her physical therapist to help with her balance and to workout her leg muscles. She loves the different colors of them and will set them up in different paths to practice her balance. We play “floor is lava” to keep it fun! She is apx 60lbs.

These work great for indoor Bicycle trainers…
So I am a cyclist who tries to ride a smart bike all winter… you know, keep that fat off. Anyway, on a smart bike there is an element of discomfort because the bike is solid. Solid is generally a great thing but it is unnatural when it comes to riding bicycles. When you are outside enjoying a ride, there is no rigidity in your bike whatsoever, it moves with you as you pedal. I saw these half dome stepping stones used on another website to help provide some of the flow of bike riding with a trainer and purchased a set immediately. I had been considering a $450 rocker plate. These half dome stepping stones work AMAZINGLY. I placed 3 under the front “foot” and 3 under the back “foot” after unscrewing the leveling feet on the bottom. The rigidity is gone. I am not one who likes riding indoors much but this has really changed the game for me. Riding indoors, aside from the boringness also meant back pain and leg pain which I have always attributed to the rigidity of the bike during a ride. These things perfectly help the bike rock back and forth as I pedal. The video above is an exaggeration of what they can do (I will try to provide a better video at another time). When I am cranking it out on Zwift I have found they stay in place. I have only had them a week so I’m wondering if they will go flat at some point, but up till now, GAME CHANGER.

Excellent for PT/recovery
Used something similar at my physical therapists office – now I can recover at home. They are excellent for PT and increasing strength and balance. Can even be a little fun as I play the old “hot lava” game like we did as kids!

Good for balance exercises
First of all, I almost bought these from BJ’s but decided to check the price on Amazon. They are 20.00 cheaper from Amazon. I have vestibular issues that has left me with poor balance. I started using these along with my PT exercises. They are really helping. I am glad that I purchased them.

Bought for OT and PT.They are perfect for balance, and sensory. Thick material, and perfect size. Has lasted about a year at this point and still look brand new. Perfect for the occasional living room floor is lava game or obstacle course.
