As advertised. Works well and fits comfortably warming up the neck and back. Long cord and 5 different levels of heating. Timer works as described, cutting the heat off after 30 minutes. Best heating pad for back and neck I’ve ever sued

Great heating pad! Put it on every night for 30 minutes and my back shoulder and neck pain is gone! Heat up super fast and the auto timer is awesome. I may be buying more soon for additional family .

Amazing heating pad!
This is an extremely comfortable and useful heating pad. The clip around the neck ensures that it stays in place and the tie around the waist keeps the heat on your back. It even heats up on the neck and shoulder part! I highly recommend this heating pad. Easy to use and great quality 🙂

Best heating pad EVER!
This was a gift to me, and let me tell you how amazing it is! It wraps over your shoulders, snaps on your chest and goes down your back. For me, it went to my waist. Then has a tie on each side to tie in front. Has 6 heat levels and 4 time limits you can set. I have shoulder and lower back pain every day and this thing has helped tremendously.

Awesome product! A great heating pad that hits all the areas from your neck all the way down your back. Stays in place around your neck with a snap and around you waist with a tie! My go to on those neck and back aches and pains.

It heats very well all over. The neck heats too! The entire back heats so it will get the right spot. The ties gently keep it on, but put a small pillow on the small of your back for direct penetration.. love being able to sit in a chair having it cover my back just right!! No adjusting or fidgeting to fit it. It is about 1 1/2″ too long in the back for a woman, but works fine. A great feature is being able to unsnap the neck, flip the neck over the back of the chair and walk away leaving it in the chair for later.I love the flat removable electric connection and being able to wash it!Well thought out !! Thanks!

Where has this been all my life? I have the shorter one and it is great for my neck but this one is helping my back and neck at the same time. I don’t want to take it off!!!

Works great! Wife loves it.
My wife loves this heating pad and the heat on the shoulders and neck is a huge plus. Only negative is she forgets it is attached to her and she walks away with it.
