Works as described, with auto shut-off, nice timer, and good heat setting. nice and soft. This is a replacement for a failed, much older heating pad that didn’t have the heat distribution this one has.

Best heating pad in our house
Exactly what I needed for the damage I did to my bicep in a bad fall, while I await ortho evaluation on what to do. Only thing that has allowed me to get some sleep. I sent it for 30 minutes for safety reasons and when the pain wakes me up, I set it again. Has dramatically reduced the need for strong pain meds. It’s soft and flexible and the multiple heat and time settings are great.

I originally bought this heating pad as a gift for my wife to help manage her sciatic pain, and it has quickly become one of the most used items in our house. Unlike standard pads that only offer “Low, Medium, and High,” this one allows her to dial in the exact temperature she needs—whether it’s a gentle warmth for soothing mild back stiffness or a high-intensity heat to really penetrate deep muscle tension during more painful days.The design is incredibly user-friendly and comfortable. The fabric is soft and plush against the skin, not scratchy or plastic-feeling like older models, making it cozy enough to use while curling up on the couch or lying in bed. It heats up almost instantly, which is a huge relief when pain strikes suddenly. My wife also appreciates that the heat is consistent across the entire pad, with no cold spots or dangerously hot patches that burn the skin.Another great feature is the safety timer and the easy-to-read controller. Love how large this heating pad is. I’m use to the super old school ones that have the plastic inside with the cover. But this one forms to your body in a comfy way also soft and cozy. Gets very hot works very well.

Very Comfortable to Use
This heating pad is very flexible, making it easy to wrap around your arm or leg to evenly apply the desired heat. The shell of the pad is soft and feels nice against your skin. This is a nice change from unpleasant feel I got from the stiff vinyl shell of my old heating pad.

The Product supplied initially did not worked at all.I made a request for return with exchange. The replaced product is also not working. No heat is generated. The is also returned by someone else earlier is packed and sent without ascertaining whether it is working or not.Now there is no facility for return or exchange. Very Poor quality

This heating pad doesn’t really work. It barely heats up. Even at level 9, it only gets a little warm, and that too after around 15 minutes.If you’re buying this for back pain, this is honestly not what you’d expect.Dissappointing and not useful for pain relief.
