Futuro vs Dr. Ho
My husband has multiple herniated lower discs due to multiple dirt bike injuries and other xreme adranaline dumb things boys do when they’re young , it’s ALL caught up to him now! Which causes a lot of pain and discomfort. Aside from all the physical therapy, pain management and medication. Surgery being the very last thing he wants to resort to. This belt actually helps ease the pain especially on the days when literally throws his back out and he’s usually out for a few days. He said stuff a little uce pack in between the belt and it takes a lot if the pressure off. We’ve wasted $170 on the “Dr. Ho” belt. which absolutely did not do the job that this futuro belt does for a very very small fraction of the price. This is the second one he’s purchased. The first one we bought at target but since they no longer had it I found it here in amazon for a great price! A good product! Totally recommend it.

Excellent for a woman’s shape
I had purchased another brace initially but it was way to tall for my 4’11” height. I saw a woman down the street doing yard work with this brace on. I had to stop and inquire about the brand and store. This Futuro for Her could hardly be more perfect. Easily adjustable and the grey color makes it less obvious. I wear to aerobics, yoga line dancing and golf. It gets a bit warm for golf but with winter coming in Florida, it will be fine. I have back issues that will require surgery but in the meantime, this gets me through the day.

Best brace if waist is under 51.Can wear under clothes.
If your waist is 51 inches or smaller this is an awesome adjustable brace that is comfortable, does not leave marks, and can be worn under clothes. Please place in bag when not in use to insure Velcro last longer. I use the mueller brace if I need to sleep with a brace one but this one is great for day wear.

Already had one of these and wanted a second one. Love the design, simple and easy to use. Gives me the assurance of stability. Over–worked back through the years and wanted to be safe. I wear this over, under shirts for insurance. Feels comfortable wearing it. Breathable material. Stretches well. Lower back pain, and hernia prevention- just never know.

The amazon listing shows the support strap as an adjustable strap that will fit all sizes. On the back of the actual box it says Adjust to fit 29.0- 42.0 inches. Having not been aware of the sizing I was a little surprised when I saw the sizing was not one size fits all. My waist is around 24 inches but I found that that if I wear the support strap over my clothing and overlap the velcro it will fit and still adds support for my lower back, as well as a reminder to improve my posture. It would be nice if it was able to fit comfortably and flat underneath my clothing but I still can wear it when I’m at home.
