Warm Tips:

IT REALLY WORKS!!
I was skeptical buying this. I did a lot of reach and read reviews on this and this brand as well as others. I am SO GLAD I decided on this one. Not only did I feel muscles working but I can see it as well! My booty actually felt sore afterwards! The quality is great. The instructions are not very good. But easy to figure out. The belt is good, you have to get it in the right place to work the area you want and lift each cheek in place! I felt a stronger muscular work being on my stomach compared to standing. I HIGHLY recommend! It does everything stated and exceeded my expectations! I can’t wait to see the results after a month!

Comfortable, easy to adjust and with good functions
I decided to try this muscle stimulator and I found it quite practical. It fits well to the body and does not move while I use it. It has several levels of intensity, so I could start soft and increase it little by little. The vibration feels strong at high levels and I think the buttocks and abdomen area works well. It is also easy to control thanks to the remote control and the screen, which clearly show the mode and intensity.I am combining it with my exercises and, for now, the experience has been positive. The battery performs well and the material is comfortable to use for several minutes.

Works well, possibly a bit glitchy and I might extend belt for comfort!
This works well! I’ve only been using it for about 3-4 days, but my glutes feel stronger!Pros: decent coverage of buttocks area, love the remote control so I don’t have to look in a mirror to adjust the settings on the actual device, works well with water or conductive gel.Cons: the Velcro belt should and could be a bit longer. It fits, but if my glutes muscles grow and I don’t lose a few lbs., I don’t see how that’s going to fit. I’ll probably sew an extension onto it. It’s weird to waddle around kind of if it’s a bit tight & also awkward/not comfy to sit with it on sometimes…. Everyone’s different though! Just need to ramp up my workouts 😊😊 🏋️♀️Lastly, it seems to sometimes glitch a bit and stop working and I have to turn it off and back on again (the pads are right up on my skin so idk how that happens). Also, sometimes it seems to have a minor glitch where it goes to a higher intensity for just a second…. It’s a little startling! Overall 4/5 stars only bc of the minor cons I mentioned.

Absolutely love the results I get. Primarily using for lower back stiffness and some hip pain but it’s helped so much over purchased more for my miserable back buddy friends as gifts! Great reviews from all! One issue I want to report or I would have given this 5 stars….sometimes when I use it, the back co tell device will change and increase suddenly and is jarring and sometimes a little painful it’s so strong. I’ve made sure I know where the power button is to shut it off but again, startling & a little painful!
