This belt works awesome. I have 2 broken rods in my back right now. I have had 4 major back surgeries, going to need another and the doctors and insurance are playing games. This is keeping me mobile. I have to wear it almost 24/7, and it has been holding up fantastic for the wear and tear I have been putting on it. It’s comfortable. The extra large is extra large, and the large is large. I bought both. I wear the smaller one during the daytime; at night, sleeping, I need it looser, so I wear the bigger one. I purchased 2 sizes because I was on the line on size. I highly recommend it. The price is not bad for what it’s doing for me. I couldn’t move without this thing. I can imagine what it could do for someone without half my issues. If you are having back issues give this a try. Great support. the metal pieces do not fall out, bend, or stick to you. You don’t even notice them. They are removeable.
