Aromatic bath salts that cut down on muscle aches well
This is by far my favorite bath salt! The magnesium with the arnica helps so much when I’ve got aching muscles. I rock climb and this packs a nice punch on days when I go hard and just want to relax. And the smell? Divine! The aroma fills the bathroom and it’s so pleasant. I now have it on subscription and it’s a fraction of the cost of bath home but feels just as luxurious.

So Good for Post Surgery
I was using this to soak my foot in because I had surgery and wanted to expedite the recovery and the Arnica is really helpful for that, but I absolutely love the smell of this. The menthol doesn’t smell quite like the menthol you might think like the menthol that’s in cough drops, it just smells like you could use it as an essential oil or fragrance in your home so I really liked that part but I also really liked that I was healing much faster than what the doctor expected, and I think part of the reason why it is because I was using this

Better than most soaks I’ve tried. Immediatel relieve didn’t really have to do 20 minutes to get the full experience. Smells good and doesn’t leave any residue in the tub.
