Nice affordable massager
I bought this massager two months ago and I didn’t have any problem with it. It works just great. The massaging balls are small, so they don’t hurt when they knead your back. I love how you can slip your wrists through the bottom to apply more pressure in neck and shoulder areas. If you work at a desk all day this is a perfect choice for you after a hard day. The shiatsu will work your muscles and help you relax!

Have had it for one year now. It was worth every penny.
I got the one with the black fabric. I have one loose seam a year later. Not too bad. I am rough on it, leave it on the floor and have kicked and stepped on it more than once. It still works. It has a little creak to it, when I pull it hard into my neck, but I have been too lazy to go in a oil it. IT IS THE BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD. I used to have so much neck and should pain. At one point I couldn’t turn my head and had to go to a chiropractor. This this have kept my neck nice and flexible.One note, if you need to use something like this, be sure to stay on a maintenance regimen. I had stopped using it for over a month because I “felt fine”. I should have been using it once a week, to keep my neck loose. I tweaked my neck and now I am paying the price.Anyway, BEST thing for my neck shoulder issues, and way cheaper than tons of meds and chiropractor visits.

it is nice. thought the massage would be a little more intense, can only use for 15 minutes( it cuts off after 15 minutes ; it actually said so on the box and it does cut off). it gives a really good neck massage

Hurts so Good!!
I’ve had this for about three weeks… every day I’ve been saying I’m going to return it because it is so heavy and bulky, but I’m going to use it one more time before I box it and return it. That started three weeks ago and I’ve been repeating that process to myself every day. Today I finally cut the tags off and threw away the return box. So I highly recommend this but even more important, I HIGHLY recommend using it for a few days/weeks before you decide to send it back. It has worked wonders on my tense shoulder knots. Just have to get used to how heavy it is but I guess that’s one of the things that makes it work. I’m a small lady, 5’5 115 pounds so not much flesh and it can be a little painful on the bones, but hurts so good!

As someone who unfortunately has a dowagers hump I have for years endured constant neck pain bc of this..I never really thought something like this massager would be worth the money and hope it would alleviate any of the pain but I decided to just give it a go…worse case scenario I’d just return it if it was garbage…But oh my god..ive had this less than 24 hrs and I’ve used it twice and it’s literally going everywhere with me until the end of time..definitely worth the buyNow if you’re a bigger person like myself maneuvering it can be a smidge difficult but that’s really the only thing I can complain about…the arm holders are short so you gotta position yourself just right to get comfortableExcellent purchase and I highly recommend it especially if you have the kind of neck issues I described

I was so tense in my neck and shoulders they hurt to even touch and wasn’t sleeping well. I was skeptical about any portable massagers, but this one has me a believer. After about 45 minutes of deep massage and heat, almost all my pain was gone! It even has an automatic shutoff. It has to be plugged in, but the cord provided is very long and doesn’t mess with functionality or reach at all.

OLD REVIEW: Used about 4 times, battery life lasted maybe 20 minutes if that, then it stopped functioning all together.NEW UPDATE: replaced this with another one. Same model. Works great. Battery lasts quite a while. So long that we haven’t had it run out before charging. Very portable and helps with neck and back issues. Love it!
