Not only does this work for the appearance of cellulite, but it’s also one of my my essentials for ballet, calisthenics and the sore muscles that accompany them. During cool-down it’s a great way to flush out metabolic waste/lactic acid and it’s a great way to warm up. When it comes to working out and exercise, circulation is key and this is a rugged, well-made device which comes apart to be utilized for large or small muscle groups. But sure! This is great for the lymphatic system or working on smoothing skin and even applying skin care with deep massage.It makes muscle recovery (preparation for your next workout) much faster. It helps warm up muscles and prevent injury. I remember taking rollers, sitting on the studio floor and using simple rollers to massage muscles for at least 15 minutes before even beginning to dance. This would have been great to have! It adapts to the circumference of your leg so that you can get both sides at the same time, and it’s the first device I’ve ever been able to use on my back.There was a time that I was off my feet completely and felt that I had no way to increase circulation. I had a number of contraptions, some electric that required little effort from me. I have some deep tissue massage devices, but those don’t have the ability to roll in one specific direction along the length of the muscle. There are some that reinforce muscle stability, but this is my go-to option because it’s simple to use (and much less expensive).As I get older, I’ve noticed that my knees are starting to bother me. I really have to be careful. I want to work out everyday and this truly helps with muscle recovery. I wish I could have deep tissue massage each and every day, but this is such an easy device and it really works. (Of course, I don’t mind killing two birds with one stone. Why not easily rid yourself of toxins that build up and improve the appearance of cellulite while you’re at it. You can take it anywhere you go, so it’s also perfect for travel too).

detachable massage roller for many parts of the body
This orthozon cellulite massage roller’s quality is actually pretty good. I thought it would be flimsy but it seems quite well built and sturdy. Very simple to use.Because it detaches, you can use it for different parts of your body. It’s a good size to use to massage larger areas of the body. I also use it after showering on my feet to massage my arches and bottom of my feet and it feels very good. If my legs are sore, I can use it to massage there too. Even the nosy cats will come over and want us to give them a light massage too when they see me using this massage roller.Fortunately (so far!) I don’t have any cellulite issues, so can’t test for that; but overall this Orthozon massage roller is a very good buy and works very well!

Good To Have
This is a nice cellulite massage roller. It’s very easy to use. I like that it’s suitable for different body types and different parts of the body. I wouldn’t call this relaxing, only because of the roughness I feel from the rollers. It’s not uncomfortable, but not very relaxing either. The device is a little weighty, but not so much that it’s hard to handle. It comes apart very easily, just push the pink buttons. I haven’t been using the device long enough to tell if it really gets rid of cellulite, but it does get the blood flowing wherever you use it. This is a sizeable good quality product that’s nice to have. My legs and arms do feel better after using this device, so I recommend.

useful massage roller
This massage roller has been easy to use and able to target multiple areas of my body. When using it clamped together, it is able to target all around my leg which helps reduce the time it takes compared to a straight roller that only gets part of the leg at once. For smaller muscle areas, the two handle parts can come off and act as a normal one side roller, which was ideal for massaging the arms. The rolling parts are a hard silicone material that is still soft. Depending on how firm you like the massage to be, it might be a bit on the softer side due to that material compared to a roller with hard plastic that would provide a much firmer massage. Overall, the device works great and effectively roll legs quickly as well as detaching to roll other areas of the body.

Surprisingly versatile massaging tool
I was a little skeptical of this roller, but it really surprised me in a good way. The materials are nice, and the massager is well-made. It feels solid in your hand and doesn’t feel cheap or like it will break in 5 minutes.This is one of the easiest massagers to hold and position that I have used. The rollers are pretty smooth, and they haven’t really pinched me at all so far. The ability to remove parts of it or to expand & collapse this makes it work very well on different parts of the body. My daughter has been using it after her ballet classes, and I’ve used it after sitting on concrete floors for a while, repairing our cars.It’s easy to use on your neck & shoulders when taken apart, your legs (both upper and lower) when it’s put back together. The hinge is very convenient because it lets the massager adjust in size as needed, whether for the neck, upper arm, or thigh. It feels like it’s designed for use on yourself. That’s a real bonus, because then you don’t need another person to use it on you – you can do it yourself.

Versatile Massager
This is a versatile massager. It is designed and made to be used as whole or can be taken apart. Quite easy to manipulate after a little practice. You can use one hand and massage certain areas. As one complete piece it is big enough to go around your leg and massage both sides of your leg, at once.I like that the rollers are silicon, as it is softer than hard rollers. Hard rollers can be painful as you’re rolling against stiff muscles.This can work on tight muscles, strains, or cellulite. Unfortunately, you need to use this repeatedly. So use this while watching TV.
