Aerobic step equipment for my home gym. It has a good weight rating, is sturdy, and slip resistant. Aerobics only…would not recommend as a step for weightlifting; though I’ve been tempted to.

Good quality and easy to use!
I really like this step platform. I have used others in the past and this is top tier. It is sturdy and I like the longer length. There is no assembly required, just stack the risers and put the bench on top of them. If both risers are too difficult, remove a couple or all risers.

Misalignment results in unsafe product
The step platform doesn’t align correctly to the risers, so it won’t “lock” into place on one end. I missed the return window and the product is not even usable from a safety standpoint. Really disappointed and expected better from a CAP product.You can even see that the rubber stoppers on the under side are in a different location on one end vs the other.
