I absolutely love this mask. I had an allergic reaction that caused my face to break out in a rash. I was miserable, it burned and itched so badly. Nothing I tried would stop it. I read about using cool water which definitely helped but was inconvenient, that’s when I looked up a mask. This one was actually lowest priced that I could get right way. It has been a blessing. The rash lasted 5 days and this was the only relief.I also love the company is a mother/daughter business. Received a nice note from them.Wonderful purchase

Quality Face Mask, Great Customer Service
I can’t say enough about this face mask. I use it every day for cold therapy. I put it in my freezer for quite a while and get that nice cold therapy for 10 to 15 minutes each morning. I use it while doing my morning stretches and making the bed, etc. The gels inside are just perfect for cooling. The straps fit great. I do cinch up the neck strap tighter than the velcro to get the mask closer to my lower face, but it holds and has been working great. I’m so impressed that I recently purchased eye masks from the same seller.

Just as expected, it stays cold!
After using it for a few days, it really does work to reduce stress and morning swelling. Every now and then I have anxiety attacks, and when I do I usually dump my face in a bucket or sink full of cold water. This is a perfect for that, helping get over my attacks by focusing on the cold rather than anything else in that current moment. The fabric cover makes it more comfortable unlike a regular cold pack, but still staying cold. You could turn it or wear it the other way around if you want the plastic touching your face rather than the fabric for a colder feel.It has elastic bands with velcro on the ends that go around the back of your head to get a good fit without it falling off your face, and the gel beads seem to stay cold for at least 30 minutes when I was using it. I could see myself getting an hour out of it if I wanted to. The seams look solid, I don’t see the plastic cover that’s holding the beads breaking and leaking unless you put a lot of pressure on it. My only recommendation is to wear it lying down, I wasn’t able to get it to stay on my face while walking around without it sliding down or falling off. All in all I’d recommend it.

Cold therapy for the face
Love the texture on one side, it’s very soft. The gel beads on the other side stay cold for about 10 minutes. Its nice that it comes with a zip locked bag to protect it from the smells of your freezer. Make sure to tighten the strap when wearing. I use it first thing in the morning. I put it in the freezer and then use it right before bed, and put it back it the freezer. You’ll love it

I LOVE THIS MASK!! Stays secure with straps. Don’t need a cloth in between the skin and the mask. They’ve done that already. The soft side goes against the skin. It allows for perfect coldness. It fits well. It allows air circulation. I will order more!!!

This mask is amazing. I suffer with malar bags that swell when it’s warm . This mask has reduced the swelling around my eyes loads . It just feels nice on . It has 2 sides . I only use the cloth side as the gel side is very cold after been in the freezer. My only tiny tiny issue is, it comes with a bag for the freezer and it’s small . You have to fold the mask in half to make it fit .So after getting it out of the freezer it as a crease down the front which makes it uncomfortable. I found a freezer bag that is large enough to put the mask in flat . This would not put me off buying again. In fact I’m buy just the eye masks to take on holiday

Great for cooling down Rosacea flare ups. Keep in the bag provided to keep separate from other freezer items. Will be getting plenty of use in the summer. Would advise using fabric side to skin as the gel side might be too cold, for an extended time at least.
