Not for work or heavy lifting support
Bought this for the wider belt to keep the love handles in place. For me, this provides more of a posture correction and helps with spinal alignment but no support for heavy lifting or work around the house. The metal supports are in spiral form, zoom in on the provided images, which is why I think makes them way too flexible. Keeping as it helps with my posture.

This is a nice back brace. however, it is a little long vertically, making it difficult to sit down with it on.Mayb I have Short torso🤔 Velcro sticks fine. Ez to wrap around & secure. My back feels better when I wear it . I can only wear when I m moving around .
