Zen in a bowl
I am so impressed by this lovely high quality product just released in time as I was considering a interval timer that was $145 3rd time as it has great function Enso but the rubber leaches on the non-slip backing and for $60 more I have been transported to a Tibetan monastery of peaceful serenity and utter charm of delight seeing this bowl.I use for TRT The Radiance Technique aka Authentic Reiki. It requires interval timer move through sequence of Chakras. So I can hear the gong and still use meditation music or not just the singing bowl. The timer apps do not compare to this experience melting away your mind, riding waves the resonance and your heart can feel the vibrations. It’s rechargeable. The display disappears once create your settings. Intervals and the strike up degree 90° which 75-78 has been my range volume and intensity. I use 3 or 4 or 5 minutes depending on the time have for my session. I bought an amazing table stand to place it.It is my companion that let’s me know we are going on an inward journey. It come in a well insulated box you could take w you on trip or work and feel it’s protected. I will likely travel w my companion especially for comfort away from home.So if you are thinking of quality, tranquility and practice – splurge on this lovely bowl.

Nicely Made
This is a very nicely made bowl. The finish is very nice and polished well. Comes with a pillow and a striker. The striker only works to hit the bowl not to go in rotation around the bowl as my other Tibetan bowl. I was hoping it would work that way as well. The ding after you strike the bowl lasts longer than I would have expected for such a small bowl. I think the price point it high.

Perfect little singing bowl
This 3-inch singing bowl is compact, well-made, and produces a clear, soothing sound for its size. It’s easy to use, great for quick meditation or mindfulness breaks, and the cushion and mallet included are a nice touch. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a portable bowl. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Multi-purpose bowl
Purchased to serve as the support for a support spindle for spinning cotton. As such, it works very well, keeping the spindle point contained and facilitating a long spin on the smooth interior of the bowl. It also makes a pleasant sound when used as a singing bowl.

Pretty mini singing bowl for meditation
This singing bowl is a little smaller than I expected, but it’s great. The sound or chime it puts off when struck is nice and loud and reverberates for several seconds. This seems good quality and well made. It is shiny and easy to use. There are some loose strings on the fabric glued to the mallet, but other than that this is great.

A gentle, consistent tool for energy awareness and Reiki practice
I practice Reiki and subtle energy awareness, and this automatic singing bowl fits beautifully into my sessions. The hands-free striker creates a steady, continuous tone that supports staying present with energy flow without interrupting the session to strike the bowl manually. The sound has a warm, grounding quality rather than a sharp or metallic ring, which I find helpful for settling the body and creating a calm, receptive space. I often use it at the beginning of a session to help center myself, or at the end to support integration and stillness. What I appreciate most is the consistency — the vibration remains even, making it easier to sense subtle shifts in awareness and breath. It’s simple to operate, portable, and blends naturally into my practice space without feeling overly technical. A thoughtful tool for anyone working with Reiki, meditation, or quiet energy practices.
