    Great, comfortable around the ankle. I have thin ankles but it easily fits all sizes. Stays in place which is very important and does not slide around.

    Good for Slower Workouts but too much movement for fast work
    These ankle and wrist weights work exactly as advertised. The fit is comfortable, but they move around a bit more than I’d like—I couldn’t get them tight enough to stop some slapping. The weight is accurate, verified with a kitchen scale. They’re probably fine for walking, but for faster activities like running or jump-roping, they move around too much.Pros: accurate weight, comfortable for light activity, adjustableCons: moves around during faster motionsOverall? Works well for walking or gentle workouts, but less ideal for high-intensity exercise. Definitely keeping these for lighter use.

    Definitely good to have for a little extra resistance
    You don’t realize how much weight a few pounds really is until you’re on your 3rd or 4th set, or past your 1st mile, or 15 minutes into your yoga routine. All of a sudden those ankle/wrist weights that weigh next to nothing are like cement bricks tied to you! But that’s the point, it doesnt take much and these do it beautifully. Small, durable as a turtle shell, and not terribly expensive either.But, word for the wise, wipe them down after each use, or that sweat will start to smell funky. Just a simple towel will do the trick, they don’t seem to absorb sweat but its a good practice. 5/5.

    Great for high intensity workouts!
    Let me start that I asked for the 2lbs each, but got the 1lb. However I love the velcro weights as they are very good to use in high activity workouts or sports. In contrast to the ones using magnets, these actually stay in place. The plastic use to cover the weights is very comfortable and soft to the touch.The whole length is 12in, the velcro area is 2 inches, so without stretching you should be able to use 10 inches, but it can stretch to 17in, 15 usable inches. However the more stretching the tighter it feels. The shorter length is 8 inches. So if your ankle or wrist is smaller than this, they will not fit correctly.
