Comfort, protection in front and back
Had to get these to catch any leaks from a hemhorror issue so any leaks didn’t pass on my clothes. As a nurse I’m confident to go to work knowing that I’m protected. I feel secure not worrying about leaks in the back area which regular pads do not catch! Yaay for these!!!

These were a lifesaver for postpartum recovery after my C-section. They’re soft, comfortable, and sit low enough that they didn’t irritate my incision at all. The absorbency is great, and I felt confident wearing them day and night without leaks.I also appreciated that they look and feel more like underwear instead of bulky postpartum pads, which made me feel more comfortable and put together. The Always Discreet Boutique diapers are my postpartum go-to. The very last thing a new mom needs to worry about is leakage, which is why these are my personal favorite. During those early days postpartum (and even during long nights when I don’t want to mess with middle-of-the-night changes), I always go for these.✅ Works well – keeps everything contained, even on long nights✅ Contains any lochia smell, which I always appreciate✅ Great live and value for your money – these diapers won’t break the bank and are well worth every penny❌ The leg holes on these diapers aren’t my favorite. While they fit perfectly everywhere else, I have to cut the leg holes just a bit wider for my personal comfort. My only complaint and an easy fix!Overall, my personally recommended choice of postpartum diaper!

These are very comfortable and have no leakage when it came to my postpartum experience with them. The designs on them are cute and they feel pretty light compared to other brands. They are a quality make and a good fit. IT REALLY WORKS!!!
It’s the perfect leak proof, disposable panty. It’s comfortable,fits like a panty, no lines, no bulk, it really holds a lot of leakage with no smell AND the color “black “ really makes it look like a regular panty.The only negative thing is I wish they would put a “bow” on the front of the panty to distinguish the front from the back. The beige panty has it, why not the black?I would recommend anyone having a leak problem, to , purchase this product

The product runs small
This product runs small for a large it says 14 to 20 up to 260 pounds. I am not even 200 pounds and they’re very snug for large so I suggest you size up.

I purchased these for my first few weeks postpartum. They were perfect! I didn’t have to line them with an extra pad as they absorbed very well. They didn’t show under my clothing either. I felt very comfortable in them. Beats the hospital underwear! Highly recommend these.
