As a daily runner (clocking in 5 miles every morning to stay fit), I had actually heard of cooling towels and seen a couple of guys at the gym using them for excessive sweating after working out.I honestly did not give a lot of thought to the concept of these microfiber towels having an ability to actually cool one’s body. It seemed unlikely to me that simply a thin material would have that capability. I was assuming that basically a wet cloth being applied to skin, cools one, or makes one feel cool.These towels… Are cooler, by concept and design… My assumption was incorrect.They are indeed constructed of an eco-friendly microfiber material which causes them to be extremely light, capable of superior airflow whilst in use on the body and highly moisture wicking, at again, a superlative level… Really!The towels are in my opinion quite generously long at 40″ and one receives four towels in this particular package. Each towel comes with its own waterproof zip top holding bag, with an included, color coded, carabiner clip… to clip on to the bag’s grommet for super easy carrying and storage. Each of the four cooling towels is of a different color, so if you intend to match a towel to an outfit, this will be a rather simple task; another nice little perk.These are not simply microfiber cloths. There’s thought and intention put into these cooling towels in order for them to work properly cooling one’s body. I think that the airflow has a lot to do with the cooling towels ability to remain cool. Additionally, these cooling towels offer UPF50+ sun protection as well. That’s sun protection within the material of the cloth itself and cannot be washed away… Considering the uses for these towels, that was a very nice additional amenity to add by the manufacturer.For a fellow like myself, who lives in Florida and shaves his head, running in the Florida sun requires sun protection. I draped one of these cooling towels on my head this morning and tied it in the back (in such a way that it hung down between my shoulders while also covering my head). With the length (40″) and width (12”) of these super soft and light cooling towels, there are so many different ways one can wear or apply them to one’s body with excellent results.The product page shows images of 10 different examples of ways the towels can be applied to the body for cooling… and of course, your imagination might come up with even more creative applications and configurations.I must say, upon having had my first test run… I am very impressed!The actual process of making the towel cool could not really be easier. One simply soaks a cooling towel in cool water, wrings it out tightly, and then gives the towel a sharp snap of the wrist.That’s it, no magic, no buttons to push… nothing that could possibly break down. Staying cool is now “easy peasy… lemon squeezy”. :)Inasmuch as they are in fact microfiber material, they are very soft and comfortable to the skin. Even for individuals with sensitive skin… you will find that these towels do not irritate, but rather, soothe.Additionally as a microfiber towel, they will not produce static electricity, which some people are sensitive to. If for example you were utilizing a towel to wick away sweat at the gym and walked across an area with carpeting… one would not have to be concerned with static.This is, in effect, a never-ending supply of cooling towels if you do not lose the towels being supplied to you. I say this because they are washable, they do not lose their properties while being washed. I do not see these towels wearing out or wearing thin; they’re quite sturdy and well constructed. I think one would really have to go out of their way in order to wear out even one of these towels… and you receive four in this package deal.Incidentally, receiving four of these towels, each with its own waterproof protective packaging and matching carabiner clip… Makes this deal (in my opinion), underpriced. I think the consumer is receiving more value for the money.I noticed with this morning’s run that the sensation of coolness is instantaneous… once the towel is properly prepared and then applied to the body. I was not quite sure what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised with the positive effect being so swift.I definitely experienced a more comfortable run this morning having used the cooling towel for the first time. My head is always normally covered, I always utilize material with at least UPF50+… the only change this morning was the addition of my new cooling towel, which worked quite efficiently at keeping me much more comfortable than I normally am.Incidentally, not only was my head cooler than it normally would have been (but for the towel), I actually did notice that between my shoulders and down my back, as I ran, I felt a gentle patting coolness… as the towel rose and fell against my body, whilst I ran.After completing my run I noticed that the towel had begun to lose some of its cooling properties. Between my perspiration, my heated head from the running itself, and a temperature of 85° Fahrenheit, this was not surprising…However, what did take me by surprise was how quickly the cooling towel sprung back to its “chilly cool” producing self, with a simple second round of cool water, wringing it out, and the snap of the wrist.Instantaneously, the towel was once again ready for action. At this point I had completed my run, but it was completely obvious to me that I would receive the same sensation of cooling were I to go out and run again… simply by recharging the towel, with fresh water.Color me… cool, and impressed!Whether you are going for a run, stretching your body in a yoga class, hitting the back 9 with your buddies, hiking through rough or warm terrain, cycling with this little secret cooler inside your helmet, even working out at the gym and keeping on top of excessive perspiration… These cooling towels… Have you covered!Highly recommended!✅

These are extremely well made with quality material. Weather has cooled off quite a bit so there is no need for these until next spring, but wow what a difference they made during the early, hot, fall weather we had. Soaked in water and just laid it around my neck. Keeps you cool for hours and perfect for the seasonal outdoor sports. No issues with them drying out extensively, but they did dry out from the heat. Comes with a carrying pouch. Toss them in the cooler, get them wet, and keep yourself cool! Didn’t have to wash them in the laundry for the end of season, just washed them really well in the sink and rung them out prior to storing in the pouch. Should stay somewhat damp until next year.

Cool Off
I wasn’t sure what to think of these at first, but now that I have tried them, I will not be going back to my old method of cooling off. When I get too hot, I tend to get migraines, and the only way to get rid of them is to put a cold rag on my neck/face and lay down, and bath rags dry out and overheat too quickly, so I have to get up multiple times to wet them and that’s counterproductive. I love that I can put the rags in the bags and hang them in my bathroom for when I need them at the gym. I am historically hard on my towels, and I am pleasantly surprised that these have so far held up under my usage.

Perfect Cooling Towels for Workouts and Hot Days!!!
These cooling towels have been a great addition to my gym bag and outdoor gear. Each towel is a good size, which makes them perfect for wrapping around your neck or using on your face during a workout. The microfiber material is soft, lightweight, and instantly cooling once you get it wet and snap it. I’ve used these during runs, gym sessions, and even while working outside, and they stay cool for a surprisingly long time.
