Instant relief and comfortable
“I’ve been using this 3-in-1 neck massage pillow for a while now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my neck and shoulder tension. The ergonomic shape fits perfectly around my neck, and the heat feature is very soothing, especially after a long day. The massage is strong enough to relieve stiffness but still comfortable. I also like that it’s easy to use and portable. Great value for the price — I would definitely recommend it to anyone with neck pain or tight muscles.”

Buyer beware- Does not work as pictured.
This product does not work as pictured. I returned my first product as I thought it was defective and ordered a replacement. The replacement had the same issue – it does not work unless it is plugged in. After looking at other reviews, I found someone else reporting the same issue. In all of the pictures it never shows the massager plugged in. They market it as great for travel. How can you use it for travel if it has to be plugged in. The instructions are also basically non existent. There is a small insert with warning instructions, but nothing to explain how it works (the picture does show some other instructions, but neither of mine had any specific instructions. I would not recommend this product.

Absolutely love this neck massager.I’ve been a dental assistant for almost 25 years and let’s just say my neck hurts every day, I have tried various different massagers but this one works the best.It’s nice and soft ,gives you gentle massage with heating that actually relaxes you and does not hurt.So worth the money.Been using it every night since I got it .

Not really portable, but appears to be worth the inconvenience
The marketing pictures are very deceiving, and I take responsibility for not reading/understanding the product description. I didn’t realize, at first the massage pillow was NOT cordless based on the pictures on the website. Although I was disappointed that it was not cordless, I tried the pillow and was immediately impressed with the heat, massage and cervical traction that the neck pillow provided. If you don’t mind another device plugged into your wall, this neck massage pillow appears to be worth the inconvenience of having to plug it in. On another note, it does not come with the usb ‘brick’ to plug into the wall outlet, fortunately I had an extra one laying around.

A 2’ cord is ridiculous sine this has to stay plugged in
I had trouble turning it on when I got it but I’m giving it 1 star as it has like a 2’ cord and you have to leave it plugged in so right the bat you have to buy a 6’ cord so it can’t be used till it gets here really poor thinking to give you a 2’ cord

The neck massager works really well for easing pain and stiffness, and the cervical traction makes a big difference. It’s soft, comfortable, and the heat is relaxing. The massage quality is excellent and overall functionality is great. Some might find it easier to use than others, but it’s a very good product.
