These are great because they didn’t cause gastrointestinal issues like the other iron supplements I tried, and they are significantly cheaper. They did raise my ferritin and hemoglobin levels after a few months of use.

Work well. Very small and easy ti swallow. Do not upset my stomach like other iron supplements. I still take with food. Work well. Iron levels went from 8 to 10 in about 3 months.
