They work exactly as they should. I laser etched into them and the picture was great and the paint did not chip or flake. The only criticism is that I expected each cup to come in its own box, but they were all wrapped in plastic and separated by cardboard. Perfect size, handwashing is easy. Coffee stays hot for what you pay it is good a good value.
