God Bless whomever created these.I’m not using these for childbirth; I’m using it for labiaplasty.My poor swollen, itchy, *incredibly* sensitive sliced open vagina – WHY does there have to be SO many nerves down there? It’s been AWFUL. After sleeping with full size ice packs crammed into my underwear, I tried these and I feel like every woman should get them. A painful period, too long on a bike, super hot day …These are really long, which works great because I am so swollen right now. The sleeves are extremely soft and comfortable, and the Velcro keeps the ice pack in place. The little beads help it adjust shape to get to every spot. They only stay cold enough for 20-30 min, which is fine, I’m buying another set. These are SUCH a relief!!

These bottom-fitted chilled soothers are champions for those with piles, lady aches, or just are long-road truckers such as myself. My wife finds these very nice for the former two problems while I feel like I’m sitting on a throne in my cab for the latter. My wife loves these for her piles since she has a preference for both heat or cool, depending on her type of ache for the day. Soft and Secure
The maternity postpartum cold packs help lessen the stinging, sore area after birth. I liked that it was a 2 pack so one of them can always be chilling in the fridge or freezer. The cotton sleeves are very soft. The cold pack slides easily into the sleeve and then the cotton has velcro circles to keep it secured in your underwear.I do think a better design might be a darker colored cotton sleeve. The koala design is super cute, but I’m not going to be able to keep the pale pink cotton from becoming stained. The cold packs are easy to scrub off in the sink with soap before putting them back in the freezer. However, the covers need to be laundered after use.

These hot and cold wraps are wonderful. I use them for period pains when I am cramping really bad and even used them during the heat wave we had this summer when our air went out. With them being hot and cold use, they are versatile in application and provide pain relief when needed the most. I really enjoyed that the quality for me has held up well even months later. They come with a sleeve that has wings to attach to your underwear, so it doesn’t slip out of place while healing and is machine washable. The pad sleeves are soft and comfortable to wear, and you do not need to heat or keep them in the freezer for long for them to be effective for use.

Perfect little cold packs
Great size for post-partum, period relief, just general cool down, or for whatever other body parts need a bit of chill. The little sleeves are very nicely made; they fold over the end of the pack so the pack itself is not exposed at all during use – which it shouldn’t be. You should never put ice packs directly on skin, especially thin, damaged, or sensitive skin.Perfect size for the forehead to alleviate sinus or headache pain. Would definitely recommend!

These are a great thing to have on hand. The liners are so soft and comfortable and the gel bead packs mold nicely. I like that you can go hot or cold with them and that there are two so you can rotate. Really great solution to pain in an awkward place.

I haven’t had my second baby yet, but I wanted to be prepared this time around and these perineal cold/hot packs look like they’ll make a huge difference in my recovery. With my first son, I bought a different set that was much smaller and honestly didn’t provide enough coverage or lasting relief. These are noticeably larger and more contoured, which I think will help so much more with swelling and soreness after delivery.The gel packs feel flexible, and I love that they come with soft, washable cotton sleeves that seem very gentle on skin. The fact that they can be used for both cold and warm therapy is a bonus, especially if I need help with cramping or general discomfort.So far, I’m really impressed with the quality and size. I feel a lot more prepared this time, and I’m confident these will be a postpartum essential once baby arrives!

This is perfect for its intended purpose. This is essentially a mini-gel- bead hot and cold pack. The mini beads means it can mould to the contours of your body as both hot and cold packs. The cotton sleeves are made to perfectly accommodate the pack and clip on itself to attach to your underwear.It takes only 20 seconds to heat up in the microwave to a gentle warmth- you don’t need it that much hotter for your sensitive parts. The process does fog up the plastic case but that doesn’t affect its use (third photo).This would be great for postpartum pain after natural delivery or tears, after prostate surgery, or if you experience haemorrhoids.The mild heat and soft wrap would also probably make this gentle enough to use for sensitive kids.
