Disappointing Vegan Iron Gummies
These Vegan iron supplement gummies were a complete waste of money. Despite the claims of energy support, I noticed absolutely no improvement in my iron deficiency symptoms, even after consistent use. The texture was unappetizingly gummy and stuck to my teeth, and the “natural fruit flavor” tasted artificial and unpleasant. Furthermore, the combination of vitamins C, A, and B seemed to do nothing to enhance absorption or efficacy. Very strong smell, made stomach upset, and no functionality of any kind. I’m incredibly disappointed and would strongly advise anyone looking for an effective iron supplement to look elsewhere.
