Cheap functional jump ropes.
I think these will deteriorate quickly, so I reinforced the middle with electrical tape. Helps the rope swing a bit more evenly as well. Caps fly off pretty regularly.

Found it a bit short as a 5.7” person
The jump ropes are lightweight and beginner-friendly. However, taller users may want to consider a longer rope. I’m 5’7” and found it a bit short.

Very light and thin. The quality is average, even slightly below average. The handles are very thin, which makes them uncomfortable to hold.I understood that this product is cheaper than similar options, so I didn’t expect premium quality. However, after the first use on asphalt, the material was damaged right away. I had to wrap the bottom with tape to reduce friction and prevent it from tearing further.When buying, it’s important to consider where you plan to use it — outdoors or indoors (gym). It may work better for indoor use.
